It's very nice, mc is very resourceful and creative, unfortunately I was peeved by his unfair treatment of his son. His daughter tended to get away with things while her brother suffered the consequences on account of being "future clan leader" despite being obedient from a young age. I don't think I can take much more, otherwise mc is insightful, and a lot of the side characters are fun.

More of a question than a review, there are 2 Liu Clans? Or is it a translation thing? I know the enemies are Liu and Zhao at the begining. But now he has a fiance named Liu too? What is happening. HELP
It has potential but the bad translation ruins it. For example, at first he calls his step-mother “madam” then it changes to aunt, the sister-in-law. It keeps changing and that just ruins the joy of story reading. I hope someone picks up this novel and translates it properly.
I love the novel so much that I forgot to review it, It's really a breath of fresh air, not a very unique idea but executed well and realistic development. Translation sucks from time to time but TOTALLY readable.
The people who have given 3 to 4 stars to this idiotic novel must have their brain damaged or are paid reviews. This is clearly an MTL and the author or the translator havent even edited the chapters.so many mistakes like stepmothe becomes wife in one chapter and birth mother in next chapter.Names keep on changing and dont even get me started on the grammar.Just wirting this bad review is already doing a favour for this novel.
I like the story how its not just fighting but optimizing to get more resources cause even with talent you need resources to progress. A problem I had is thet even in ch28 im confused what are the stages of cultivation the diferences between them and talents. First because I dont know the order dont know relative strength just know that pillar is a powerhouse but other levels like vital refining or qi refining dont know which is better what speed is better or what seperates talents. Also cause of the lack of in depth explanation between realms I dont know the leaders relative strength just that they cultivate use energy, needs to replenish energy with special food that costs alot or takes alot to produce. In general good but easy to get lost in relative powerscaling only thing thats stable is that pillar level is top powerhouse in the area that only a couple families have.

A well deserved clan development novel, it is an awesome book for immortal clan development fans.
This days im fed up with adventure/fantasy/fightings. This is a really breath of fresh air. Time to take a rest from high intensity novels and chill with this one.
At chapter 121. Bad or awful translator or grammer. and the story doesn't move much even after that many chapters. i like slow novels, but not this slow.
