She sat in front of her computer; the screen displayed a photograph of our nation's leading figures in the medical field, Iris and Dr. Yael.

June Julian glanced at Miss Shire, seeing her looking calm and quiet, she did not say much but turned around and left.

The following day, Iris Yael was unexpectedly presiding over outpatient services.

She realized the person in front of her seemed familiar just as she was about to dismiss her last patient.

"What's bothering you?"
