The wandering soul sighed softly and used his imaginary hand to rub his forehead
"Some old task... whatever let's get going..."
The soul didn't really mind this task after all its System was a Earn power and knowledge type of system so it was really fine but it was a little boring
The soul started to wander around the place, seeing all types of harmless animals just getting up from here home from there hibernation or hiding
The soul watched the harmony of the animals with slightly fondness, the soul loved animals from the day it first saw tham and because they were cute also can actually kinda of see the soul but unfortunately the soul couldn't touch them
The white ball keep wandering the place with a soft feeling of fondness as it Analyze the place it was at until it found a small run down mansion
The Mansion was small and was overgrown with vines, weeds and the walls that were caked with dirt it looked like someone tried to clean it but failed miserably
The soul true to its name the wandering soul couldn't help but look into the Seemingly Abandoned house
The inside of the house looked dusty with mold on the roof, Furniture and floor. It grossed out the seemingly clean freak side of the soul even those it couldn't clean this place up due to being a small ball of light
The place looked like it would smelt old and moldy and so for some reason the soul even tho it had no sense of smell what so ever felt like it can smell it!
The pure white soul pushed through its discomfort and kept looking through the place until it found a slightly open door and being the curious soul it was, went into the room
The room was small but semi clean, there was dust here and there but Overall, it was clean, there was no mold in the corners of the room or cobwebs
so the soul just kept looking in the room until it found a small body on a white bed with a semi clean blanket covering the body of the child?
The body had long purple that was clean but the body had sickly pale skin with frostbite on his fingers and body, his body was small and looked unhealthy and cold
[Host this boy is dead.]
The gentle but cold voice of its system ring out
"I can see that." The soul answered in a calm voice
The soul was use to seeing dead bodies of humans and animals but it couldn't help but feel bad for them, it was also unfortunately it couldn't touch the body's of the living or dead so it just looked at the body once more before turning to go away from the bad sight
As the white soul turned its round body to leave, Unbeknowns to the ball two black tentacle things wiggle it's way out of the dead body of the boy and slowly stretched out to the small ball hovering in the air
[WARNING! WARNING! DANGER ALERT!]
The unfortunate pure ball was caught off guard by the sodden warning and the sudden attack on him by the unknown tentacles so it tried to struggle out of the hold of the two tentacles but the tentacles were two strong and slowly dragged the helpless soul into the cold body of the small Boy
