Chapter 31: As One

The following morning, Eric stormed into my room and woke me up.

What in the world? Why don't you at least knock so I can be polite to you? I swiftly rose to my feet and snapped.

I looked down at my tank top and pyjama bottoms, and Eric answered, "Sure. 

Please go; I need to get dressed. He grinned as I gasped.

"You aren't a morning person, are you? I gave Eric a frown after he asked.

I snarled. "Just because I'm a prisoner doesn't mean I'm not a person," he laughed.

We're getting braver, are we? As I pushed Eric into the hallway and shut my door, he inquired. I sighed and went to get jeans and a blue tank top from my closet. Before entering the bathroom to brush my teeth and my hair, I put them on. I went back to the door and opened it.

The question, "What did you want? I sternly questioned

I crossed my arms, and Eric replied, "I want you to help me with a spell.
