Chapter 58: Darling help me!

Suzy, who was lost in her own world, shivered at his whispering. Her back stiffened at the close proximity. Her eyes quivered, and her hand trembled slightly.

Her grasp loosened on the Collins glass, thus splashing the contents on her. Right after that, the glass hit the floor with a muffled thump.

Suzy's hitched breath soon got composed, she arched her body and eyed Chris warily.

"What were you trying to do?" she questioned while glaring at him.

"Um…" his words got stuck in his mouth.

As his gaze landed on her unbutton shirt, Chris' Adam's apple bobbed up and down. Seeing his unusual behavior, Suzy followed his line of sight, panicked like a headless chicken when discovered her unkempt body.

What he was gawking at was her smooth, fair skin exposed underneath her shirt.

Her white relaxed fit shirt was already dyed blue. She immediately crossed her arms against it and yelled, "What are you looking at!!!"
