DAMN, Jerome looked hot in a suit. And I didn’t just mean the bathing suit he wore the night before, but now the three-piece he wore to attend the Pelican Bay Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting.

We walked into the room together where many members were already positioned at chairs along a narrow but long wooden conference room table. Behind them, they positioned two more rows of chairs next to one another. People already filled half the room. I walked to the back, hoping to find an empty chair in a far corner. I’d never been the student to sit at the front of a classroom, but Jerome pulled out a chair for me in the main row of the long table.

I’d been so distracted by where his suit followed the curve of his body and my memories of licking the space between his abs the night before that I sat in the chair without questioning him. Not questioning Jerome when he got bossy and directed my movements was becoming a problem. I just couldn’t muster the care to do anything about it.
