Blue Wind Imperial City
As Emilio trains his new disciples, he delegates the task of healing a sick man and helping a little girl to a copy of himself. Despite the sick man not deserving it and the little girl not wanting to lose her father, Emilio's clone sets out to accomplish the tasks at hand.
To gain prestige and enter the Palace, he decided to set up a medical stall in the market of Blue Wind Imperial City. He helped numerous people seeking medical treatment, as there was a shortage of knowledge and resources for treating basic illnesses.
In just a matter of days, the copywriter managed to gain a considerable amount of recognition for his exceptional skills. Unfortunately, this also caught the attention of some unscrupulous individuals, who were attracted to the fact that he was doing all of his work for free.
To avoid the cliché of setting up a competition between the two medical practitioners, which is not only unproductive but also dangerous, Emilio decides to expose their misdeeds. He begins to air out their dirty laundry and present evidence of their wrongdoing.
This attracts the attention of the guards and the dishonest doctors. Emilio curses their entire lives with bad luck as they are taken away.
After a couple of more days, Emilio finds himself in front of a hooded woman who begins to ask him in a sincere tone.
"Venerable Senior, I've heard that you're a great doctor, from those that speak of you around the city. Are you available to see another patient?".
Emilio then smiles at the girl and says "I am always willing to help those in need. Should I have the power to do so? Of course, what seems to harm the patient?".
"To be honest, Venerable Senior, I do not know. Not even the palace doctor seems to know, which is why. I would ask if you will follow me to observe the patient". The woman says while looking at Emilio nervously as if he'll refuse.
Emilio smiled reassuringly at the girl and said, "Don't worry, it's my oath to help those suffering from sickness and disease to the best of my ability". Emilio, then says something that causes the woman to nearly trip over herself.
"And Princess, if you plan on exploring the more dangerous parts of the city, it might be best to wear a less expensive-looking cloak to avoid drawing unwanted attention." Said the woman, then looks back at Emilio while asking him "How Did you know?".
The girl looked confused, but Emilio chuckled and said, "Princess, everyone in this city knows how you look, even if you only vaguely resemble yourself. Plus, that cloak you're wearing has a small symbol that shows you hold a high-level Imperial rank. So, don't insult my intelligence."
The girl blushed with embarrassment and stuttered, "I need to take you to my father. He's in dire need of help." The doctor and the girl proceed to head to the palace. Without any hindrance from the guards, they headed towards the throne room, thanks to the presence of the Princess.
Soon enough, the two reached the throne room, with the Emperor there, along with a couple of elders and the palace doctor, with the emperor weakly looking up and saying, "You, my daughter, how are you?".
Princess Cang Yue approached her father and informed him about a doctor who was willing to examine his illness. She gestured towards Emilio, who was standing beside her with a threatening gaze.
Emilio's intense gaze made all the men in the room uncomfortable. They followed his line of sight and realized that he was staring straight at the palace. The doctor was starting to sweat heavily.
"Good day to you all. My name is Emilio. I am a humble doctor from afar off the land. I have come to this city seeking supplies for my next travels, but noticing the lack of medicinal knowledge of this city. I decided that before I left, I was willing to take patience with your daughter, asking me to examine the Emperor".
Gu Qiuhong, the palace doctor, states nervously. "The Emperor is suffering from an internal ailment".
But Emilio interrupts him by stating that "The root cause of the Emperor's ailments is not an illness. Palace Doctor, I would like to ask you a fundamental question".
As Emilio says this, his eyes glow menacingly while asking the palace doctor, "Do you know what is harming the emperor?". Then the doctor says in a smooth tone.
"The cause of the emperor's illness is due to a parasite I left in the Emperor's body, which is slowly sucking out his essence in the life force, which will eventually kill him". The "doctor" then begins to shake and tremble, while attempting to leave the room, but finding all the doors to be locked begins shouting out.
" Help! Get, Me, Out of Here. I ordered you under the authority of the Palace Doctor", with no one responding except for the elders in the room, pulling the doctor back towards the group.
The Princess and the Emperor, although weakly, look at the Doctor in utter hatred. Then slowly turn towards Emilio and kneel before him before asking "Great Doctor, can you remove the parasite?".
Emilio gently helped the girl up by placing his hand on her shoulder and assured her, "Don't worry, my Princess. The process is super easy, barely an inconvenience."
Emilio then gets closer to the Emperor while saying "Your Majesty, for what I am about to do you cannot move at all. In fact, may your fellow elders hold you in place".
The King nodded toward his elders, who held the Emperor in place. Emilio extended his hand towards the Emperor's chest. The hand seemed to phase into the Emperor, and within seconds, Emilio withdrew his hand, holding a writhing and disgusting worm.
Emilio presented the parasite to everyone, including the Emperor, who appeared to be getting healthier by the second. Emilio then turns to the palace traitor and walks towards him, holding the parasite while saying.
"So little traitor who asked you to place this Devouring Life Binding Parasite into the emperor?". Emilio says while holding the man up by his neck.
The doctor then begins to stutter and cough as he chokes, but not before saying " It was the princes that put me up to this it's because they wanted to inherit the crown so that they could force marriage between the princess and one of the young masters of the burning heaven clan named Fen Juecheng".
Emilio then says with a smile, "Thank you, traitor, for the information. Now you get to suffer the way you make the Emperor suffer". as he places the worm into the man's chest while also improving it, so he feels immense pain.
The pathetic excuse for a doctor writhes in agony on the ground with the emperor, then motions towards one of his elders to remove the man and place him into one of the cells in the imperial palace. Where the pathetic excuse for a doctor will suffer in agony for the next week before death.
The Emperor and Princess then bow to Emilio, nearly crying and saying "Thank you, Great Doctor, for saving my father and revealing a plot that would have ended our dynasty. How can we repay you?".
Emilio then looks to the two while saying "Did you know that the term doctor originated from a man that simply knew the most in one village and was there to help in case of anything happening? It is the same with me. I had the knowledge, so I helped; You need not pay me. I only ask that you remain the good and righteous people you are. Respect your life and live well".
The two then look on reverently at Emilio while continuing to bow, and the Emperor proceeds to say, "Great Doctor, what is your identity? While I am decently strong, I cannot sense your cultivation?".
Emilio then smirks and says, "Well, I guess I should truly reveal myself". And then proceeds to spread his cultivation across the room, revealing his level to be that of the Divine, as everyone in the room bows in the presence of the profound God.
Emilio humbly suggests that "If you wish to reward me, you could consider investing in your Kingdom's betterment, which will improve the lives of its citizens". He presents numerous blueprints for different technologies and knowledge on various subjects that can assist them greatly.
The Emperor then takes the books and papers and hands them to his men. Emilio, as he nods while asking, "What Is your name, My Lord?".
Emilio then responds simply by saying "I am Libertas, the God of Freedom and Evolution".
After being impressed by Emilio's skills, the Emperor requests him to take his daughter as a disciple. Emilio agrees and sends her to the same location as the other two. The children are showing great progress and the boy, in particular, is a quick learner. He is growing rapidly due to a change in his physique and is determined to protect his loved ones.
As Emilio departs from the palace he says, "I leave Your Majesty with these words: Live honorably and trust your instincts, Your Majesty. Don't always rely on the advice of your doctors. Live a good life."
While Emilio bows to the Emperor, little does he know that the ruler is composing a memoir in his mind. This encounter will serve as a turning point for the Blue Wind Empire, as they will now willingly worship the God of Freedom and experience a significant transformation.
( Before you guys ask, he improves all of the cultivation potentials of everyone in the room as they remain loyal to the emperor)
Emilio then smiles after flying a couple of miles away from the city and says to himself, "Well then, that's done! It's time to find a certain flaming bird".
