Chapter 50: Chapter 50. My name is Ace
The whole area was filled with smoke as the residue of heat was permeating the whole Dressrosa.
Doflamingo ceased all his actions as he started panting heavily, tired from his last attack.
He stared at the unscathed Ace as he turned back to his normal form. Everything in their line of sight had turned black because of scorching, the ground had even cracks everywhere like a spiders web.
"You are strong, but you aren't the one to give me a true battle." Ace commented as he stared walking towards Doflamingo.
As for Doflamingo, he was still stunned by everything that had occured.
The results for the last confrontation, had just made him realise that Ace wasn't just an elite in the world, no, he was at the level of the Yonko,
Only someone of their calibre, could take his all out attack like that unscathed.
Doflamingo knew that it was unlikely that he could win, no, it was even unlikely that he could escape from here... So he readied himself for another clash.
His arms and fists turned black as invisible flashes of cracks started appearing around him.
Ace continued walking as his right arm also turned black with a shade of red, as cracks of Haki started appearing around him as well.
Both unleashed their Conquerors haki, a showdown of willpower.
As they walked towards eachother, they could feel their steps becoming heavier as their two wills clashed, creating even bigger flashes and cracks.
Their wills repulsed eachother as they collided while stepping towards each other, which created friction of Haki in the air.
The flashes of friction started growing and their clash of willpower started creating vibrations all over the island.
Most people had escaped far enough that they didn't pass out, but those that ahdnt escaped far enough passed out. The whole island felt heavier as the two conquerors haki clashed.
The strongest on the island were sensitive to Haki so they could clearly feel what was going on between Ace and Doflamingo, even from far.
Doflamingo felt his knees weaken as he started exhausting himself.
*Step* *Step* *Step* *Step* *Step*
*Step*
Both walked closer until they were in arms reach of eachother.
Ace looked at Doflamingo and saw that he had been pushed to the limit.
Both raised their fist as they punched at eachothers.
Creating more fiction of Haki.
As their fists reached the other, both stopped right before touching as their conquerors haki repulsed eachother.
They continued pushing... Until Ace overpowered Doflamingo.
Ace's fist, as if breaking through a wall punched right by his opponents fist and made contact with Doflamingo's face, creating a sonic boom that shook all the building in the area.
Doflamingo was blasted away in a straight path, through hundred of buildings, many kilometers until he reach the foot of the tower, finally stopping in his tracks looking like a haggard doll as he laid there unconscious.
Ace stood as he used his observation Haki to first see if Doflamingo had truly lost. After confirming it, he then he turned his focus to his Nakama to observe what had happened to them.
In the distance, a big stone giant was fighting what seemed to be a fly that left a trails of flashing thunder.
While ontop of the tower, the battle seemed to have been concluded.
Cavendish seemed to have succeeded, as the underground had calmed down as well.
"What a fun adventure this was WAHAHAHA" Ace started laughing as they had succeeded in their plots.
That's when he stopped laughing as he felt wet on his face and arms. His finger tips touched the wet part on his face and that's when he saw blood on his fingers.
"Huh?" He reclaimed with surprise. How did he get blood on him?
That's when Ace noticed that he had small, fine cuts allo over his body. Although it wasn't many nor was it deep, it was enough that he would start to bleed in thinner skinned areas, such as his face.
"WAHAHAHA" Ace laighed out in happiness that Doflamingo was strong enough to harm him.
A good battle.
Hopefully he could fight someone exciting soon again.
He started walking towards Doffy.
When Ace finally reached Doflamingo, he found that the warlord was awakening from his unconsciousness.
Looking around, Doflamingo seemed confused for a second before he realised what had happened.
Ace looked at him to see if he would continue fighting but the Warlord seemed exhausted and hurt to the point that couldn't even move.
Doflamingo looked at the smiling Ace and got that weird feeling again, that Ace was familiar. His aura, his whole being shouted devilish monster.
"Who are you..." Doflamingo finally asked.
"I guess now is as good as any time to reveal it.." Ace said. His Nakama arrived beside him while carrying their opponents.
*Nom nom* "Reveal what, cap'n" Bonney asked as she stuffed her face.
"Please captain, don't say anything that will cause trouble... " Nami prayed.
Doflamingo ignored them.
" I am Gol D. Ace." Ace exclaimed with confidence. Confidence to tell the whole world, and to deal with the consequence of revealing his identity..
Silence seized them all as they tried to make of what he had said. It took a few seconds but that's when it all clicked.
"Fu fu fu fu" Doflamingo started laughing like a mad man, reasons only known to himself.
Even the defeated Donquixote pirates sobered up as they heard that name.
Some looked at Ace to see if he was bluffing.
Some excited, some reluctant, some angry, some laughing.
The Demon Ace Pirates looked at each other, they knew that whatever troubles they thought they had before, it just trippled.
A flash of lighting thundered as JoJo Pojo, with a new bleeding gnash on his cheek, arrived close by, carrying a defeated Pica.
"Huh, captain, what did I miss?" He asked.
"You missed how we just became the most hated crew in the sea." Yennow sighed.
On a close by roof, a few birds were taking pictures and recording everything.
They had arrived a good while ago and witnessed the majority of the fights.
Nami would've normally caused a havoc by now, but the truth was, that she had accepted her fate after her captain killed a Celestial Dragon and made the world government and Marine force into his enemies.
But this revelation, made them an enemy of every pirate as well.
"Well done captain, whenever I think that you can't make anything worse, you somehow do it... What else are you going to expose to us, that you're also somehow related to the most wanted man alive?" Nami sighed.
Ace's eye twitched, he wasn't sure if he should explain who his two brothers were.
