Chapter 25: ALMH Chapter 24: The Great Battle of Karneth Part IV

The gates of the royal castle were thrown open and the queen and princess fled with their loyal guards in their royal carriage. The princess tried to keep her eyes closed, not wanting to witness the destruction of her kingdom by the hands of the sorcerer's undead army.

As their carriage passed through the gates, the princess peeked out from beneath her eyelids and saw the destruction of the kingdom around her. She could see the city burning and heard the sounds of screams and destruction. The princess was overcome with sadness and fear, not knowing if...her mother and the rest of the kingdom would make it out.

The royal guard pushed the Eastern gate open, and the caravan of refugees slowly started to pour through. The princess could still hear the roar and howl of the Behemoth as it tore its way through the kingdom, its undead minions following closely behind.
