[Zhang Xi Yin's Narrative][Huang Chen Inn, Main Branch]
An intimidatingly large amount of blue and white Qi surged from my body through the roof, a white and blue image of dragons dominated the sky above the whole area. By now, the guests of this inn and the other passerby should've known that someone had a break through up to two major realms. This could easily give me trouble, but it's better to think that I would also benefit from it, one way or another. This ruined my plan of staying inside for a month and made obtaining my own room useless though, but it cannot be undone.
Ah, my hips feel sore...

Unexpectedly, Mr. Zhang had break through the Immortal Deity Realm so quickly. How could such a thing happen? Even my shifu had to take about a month or more. Is it because he has the fragments of the Moon Emperor's Golden Core and the Bloodline Root? The Moon Emperor was indeed said to be the favorite son of first transcendent being, so it might be the case...
Or is the law of this world does not apply to that strange soul?

I should reinforce the barriers and traps around the inn, it feels as if another trouble is dropping on us soon.

What an unusual contraption this is.
Left unable to move around, I resorted into utlizing my sight instead to admire and examine my peculiar surrounding.
Strangely, I cannot figure where I am, but I am growing fond and comfortable of this place. The Qi in this area is very potent, I feel as if I'm being healed constantly.
It is regrettable that I do not have any sweets with me rather... How unfortunate...
On a different note, this body is becoming even more strange. I developed a long white tail, which looked like a peacock's tail, while the hair that used to be quite short, is now reaching the hips, there are also some white feathers on his hair.
Did I take possession of a human-beast body? The original soul who had lived within this body must have had a weak soul. I wish that they would be blessed by the Underworld Emperor. I wonder, did A'Yuan managed to live another life? My death was not only for my guilt, but half of the essence of my soul was taken by the Underworld Emperor as my payment for a commission.
I remained quiet for a while before noticing something strange in my new body.

This body has seemed to be blessed by the Golden Core, which only those from the ancient lineage of the first transcendent beings can develop, however, strangely, this body shows no traces of the hardship, which all cultivators would have. But although strange, it is not unusual. There had been cases where a golden core has been passed to another individual through the very lengthy course of history.
As I became immersed regarding the recent finding I had on this body, the Qi that is preventing me on making any movement has slowly started to dissipate, although it had now disappeared, I could feel that my soul has recovered tremendously.
While admiring the ground that looked very similar to the star filled floor of A'Yuan's cave mansion, although that was actually an illusion he had set up to stop those who would look for him, the sky above started to come crashing down, my body started to shrink into a ball of light.
Slowly, the strange contraption where I was, became ruins. Warm light surrounded my form as I was lifted from the strange ground.
When I opened my eyes, I was standing in front of a familiar figure of a man without any cloth to cover my body, which rather felt nostalgic. Although his figure looks strikingly similar, it would be impossible that this man would be A'Yuan, they might have the exact same build, but this man's face looks entirely different.
My eyes immediately wandered around my new surrounding, it seems that I am in the land, and inside a private chamber.
Oh my, I should apologize, but this man must be the father of this body, I assume?
Before I could speak, the man in front of me gently placed an outer robe around my body, his demeanor is too calm for such an odd situation. But I suppose he might've had an experience worse than this.
I clasp my hands together and bent by torso forward upon wrapping the robe around me tightly, "I apologize, Father. You may punish me as you see fit."
Only silence followed my apology, perhaps I must kneel?

Yīhán is acting strange. He never uttered a whole sentence before. Did the fusion help to develop the soul fragment that I gave him?
Putting that aside, Yīhán now has a peacock's tail behind him, his hair and eyelashes are now both white in color, and his height has grown taller than he was before.
I wonder if we could swap bodies? Haha...
I took a step closer and held his hands in mine, I quietly examined the Qi and state of his body. He remained quiet, but was watching my every move.
That's good, he should be cautious.
The Qi on his body has mostly settled, I could feel the residue of my Qi within his body and around his golden core, which is to be expected, he had yet to know how to absorb it into his own body.
I took a step back and withdrew my hands, as I look up he had a strange look on his face, which almost immediately disappeared and was replaced with a gentle smile.
I turned around, sat in a chair of the tea table and spoke, "Go behind that paper screen, I had a set of clothes prepared for you, let me know if it's too short or tight. I'll be right here."
There was a short silence before he responded, his footsteps sounded light on each step he took.
"Yes, this son is grateful, Father."
After a quick minute, I heard the same light footsteps approaching closer behind me, the steam coming off from the tea had slightly blurred the eyeglasses that I'm wearing, which is just a part of my new disguise.
A quick side note, how is Yīhán so fast in putting on that many layers? I even had to ask for the help of the inn's servants and had to be assisted by Qi Fei each day during our time in the lower realm.
Just what happened inside that egg? Did he gain more braincells too?
I took a sip of the tea and ended up coughing, I cleared my throat to recompose myself.
I took off the eyeglasses and turned around to face Yīhán, I spoke, "How is it?"
With the same kind smile from earlier, he answered, "It fits very well, Father. This son is very grateful."
I think it's due for me to take notice of the title that Yīhán is addressing me with.
Why is it that he keeps calling me, "Father"? Did the process of the fusion messed up his memories? Is it a backlash from the fusion? But he is completely fine... It can't be a backlash.
Although it was strange, what I did to him some time before is much more embarrassing, I shouldn't think too much out of this.
I slightly tilted my face towards his direction, I lifted my hand and gestured for him to take a seat in front of me.
After he had settled on his seat, I noticed that he was about to speak again and is about to address me with the same title from earlier.
I stood up and poured him some tea.
"Yīhán, you may address me by my first name instead, A'xi is fine also since we are related in a way."
With a bitter expression as he stared at the tea cup in front of him, he drank it in one gulp, his eyes became slightly teary, the feathers on his hair stood up.
I guess he still does acts like a child in some way. His emotions are too transparent on his face.
Is it strange to feel a sense of happiness whenever I see my former self, which reminds me of my memories with the individuals whom I cherish?
It probably is. But I can't be ashamed of a good memory.
Coughing mildly as he covered his mouth, he apologized and spoke, "Please excuse me--Khmm! Ahem, I understood, Brother A'Xi."
Who would've thought that my former body would be talking so politely with such proficiency? I quite often use vulgar words despite being an introvert back in earth.
