“Founding Members”
Yamamoto nodded and looked at Dragon intently waiting for the meeting to begin.
"Upon hearing about the buster call that the World Government launched to Ohara I came as fast as possible to West Blue. By chance, we met in the Kingdom of Ilisia, which allowed us to meet. As Professor Clover already knows, I belonged along with Kuma, Ivankov, and several other comrades to an organization called the Libertarian Fighters" Dragon began in a serious tone.
*Libertarian Fighters? I didn't remember that* thought Yamamoto listening carefully.
"Did you belong? Did you quit?" asked Clover who already knew that Dragon was part of this organization.

"So... You want to create a war organization to overthrow the World Government and I guess if you tell us this you want us to be part of it right?" asked Yamamoto speaking for the first time.
"Yes, this idea came up a long time ago in my head, Ivankov and Kuma were the first to know about it and they also agree that the world needs a change" replied Dragon.
"Do they want to be part of the creation of this new organization?" added Dragon in a somewhat expectant tone looking at both Clover and Yamamoto.
Yamamoto and Clover looked at each other. Tesoro looked at both of them, he would follow Yamamoto's decision, as he is the person he decided to follow and earned his respect.
"You decide old man, I will agree with whatever you say" Clover said giving all the responsibility to Yamamoto.
All eyes at the table turned to Yamamoto who was calmly scratching his beard thinking.
*Overthrowing the World Government... easier said than done* thought Yamamoto.
His situation as a criminal was irreversible, he had studied the Void Century and assassinated a World Noble. His enmity with the World Government is worse than Dragon's in the future, so creating a revolutionary army was a great idea, but they needed to clarify a few things.
"To create such a powerful army that can take on the World Government you must have a huge capital, Do you have it?" asked Yamamoto looking at Dragon.
Their future army could not only depend on all-powerful people, but they also needed ordinary soldiers. And for that they needed money, either to feed them or to provide them with weapons.
Besides, Yamamoto now with his new main mission one of his goals was to have more and more people under his command, this way he would have a lot of merit points and could buy many things that would strengthen him. Even creating an army of devil fruit users was possible.
"My previous organization had that flaw, but this time I have already thought of several sources where we will be able to get capital to finance our army" Dragon replied.
"How will you recruit people for your army?" asked Yamamoto.
"The injustices done by the World Government and the World Nobles are spread all over the world. There are many people fed up with so many injustices. I am sure, if we give them a hand we will get many people who want to join."
Yamamoto nodded, as this was true and even he on his sight to the Ilisia Kingdom got 7 people who decided to follow him, Tesoro, Stella, Ramses, and the other 4.
"I agree to create an army to confront the World Government... but in addition to a military organization, there must also be a political organization, as I'm sure you already know, there are pirates who have their territories. If we want to fight the World Government, we must also have our territory and there must be laws in this territory, so that it is not a total anarchy" explained Yamamoto.
Yamamoto knows that the revolutionary army in the series is scattered all over the world and they act in the shadows, but he doesn't want that. Why does he have to be in the shadows when dirty pirates have territories and rule calmly?
Although he knows that the World Government, upon learning that there is an organization that wants to overthrow them, will give them more importance than the pirates, they currently have Warship Island to use as a base and their first island to rule.

"Sounds like a good idea to me, but who will be the leader of this political organization? We can't let the same thing happen as with the World Government" said Dragon.
"That's easy, democracy" replied Yamamoto with a slight smile.
"Democracy?" asked everyone at the same time.
Yamamoto smiled it was obvious that in this world where there are kings and monarchies such a word is strange.
"If our political organization is democratic all important decisions like implementing new laws, policies, and the election of leaders and officials will be through a vote" answered Yamamoto.
"Oh that sounds good, but who votes?" asked Clover interested.
Yamamoto thought that he could not use the democracy of the modern society of his old world, where all citizens of a nation had the right to vote. To do that would be too much of a mess in this chaotic world.
"Elected representatives from different important sectors of our territory will vote. We being the creators would have a guaranteed place" replied Yamamoto.
"That's a great idea! If there are different sectors with voting power, there won't be one side that will benefit" praised Clover.
"Yes, even so, that will be in the future when we have a population to manage, as we are very few now there is no need, but we can already start working to be clear on how it will work" said Yamamoto.
Dragon was thinking with a hand on his chin, he only had the idea of creating a revolutionary army, It never crossed his mind to create a kind of nation, but what Yamamoto said was true.
"I agree, we should create both a war organization and a political organization" Dragon finally said.
"Good, then I also agree to be a part" nodded Yamamoto.
"Me too" said Clover.
Yamamoto looked at Tesoro, although he had already decided to follow him he didn't want to force him or anything like that.
"Me too" said Tesoro nervously.
"What will it be called?" asked Yamamoto about the army, although he already knew the answer.
"Revolutionary Army" replied Dragon with a slight smile, then looked at Ivankov.
Noticing Dragon's look, Ivankov from his pocket took out a scroll and a quill and passed them to Dragon.
Dragon unfolded the scroll and placed it on the table. Yamamoto could notice several things written, one of them being 'Revolutionary Army' at the top center.
"Everyone will sign and be committed to this task, they will also be considered the founders of the Revolutionary Army..." explained Dragon.
On the scroll he explains the goal which was to overthrow the World Government and that the Revolutionary Army was radically opposed to slavery and the granting of despotic privileges to the World Nobles and the World Government.
"And what will the political organization be called?" asked Dragon looking at Yamamoto.
After thinking about it for a few seconds Yamamoto replied, "Soul Society."
Although it was not a fitting name, since no one was dead, he found it curious to name it that way.
"Fine..." said Dragon as he wrote the name next to Revolutionary Army.
After putting the name, Dragon was the first to sign. He passed it to Ivankov, who then passed it to Kuma. From Kuma, it went to Clover and Clover passed it to Yamamoto.
Yamamoto grabbed the pen and read the scroll, slowly writing his name next to Clover's, *Just wait World Government...* thought Yamamoto.
When he finished putting his name, Yamamoto passed the scroll to Tesoro who stared at it in surprise, "I-I should sign too...?" asked Tesoro.
"Yes, you've already witnessed this meeting, I don't think it's wrong for you to sign" replied Yamamoto to which Dragon nodded his head.
"O-okay" said Tesoro taking the pen, while his hand was shaking. He wrote his name which was left a little crooked.
"Today is the day the Revolutionary Army and Soul Society was formed!" said Dragon in a ceremonious tone as he took back the scroll.
