Chapter 31: Passionate Assault

Jordan swiftly grabbed my waist as I was about to glance at the iris scanner that controls the door and chuckled lightly.

"Jordan, let go of me!" I gasped, my breath coming in heavy bursts. Uncertainty filled my mind, leaving me feeling like a mere pawn in an intricate game.

"Where are you going?" He whispered into my ear after a few seconds.

"I want to go to the garden," I responded in a murmur. Knowing that struggling against Jordan's strong hold would be futile, I made no attempt to break free.

"You grew up with Kayla and you know her very well," Jordan stated firmly, seizing the opportunity to swiftly sweep me off my feet and gently lay me on the bed. As I landed, my short nightwear billowed up and the loop unfastened, exposing my smooth skin. With only a g-string covering my womanly center, I suddenly felt vulnerable. Jordan positioned himself between my legs and held me down firmly. There was a glint of humour in his eyes as he stared at me.
