The Clone Wars' final major battle was approaching. Jake noticed the Republic gathering ships in preparation for an attack on Raxus, the home of the CIS movement's leader. Jake suspects that this is when Palpatine would launch Order 66 to create as much chaos as possible. Jake will also have his Jedi, whom he placed in the Republic, at the temple to confront Palpatine when he does so.
But that is weeks away, so Jake is going to convince Anakin and Ahsoka to leave the Jedi so the clone's chips don't register them as traitors. They're not willing to making it difficult, so he's going to wait a week, as that's when the incident that caused Ahsoka to leave the Jedi occurs if the timeline hasn't changed enough.
A week passed, and to his luck, the Jedi Temple was bombed, killing six Jedi Knights, several clone troopers, and members of the Jedi Temple's maintenance crew. Multiple options were considered before the evidence pointed to Ahsoka Tano, General Anakin Skywalker's padawan, who was prosecuted for murder and treason. Skywalker eventually discovered that the attack was conducted by Offee, thereby vindicating his Padawan.
Because of that incident, Ahsoka lost her remaining confidence in the Jedi and informed the Jedi masters of her decision. They understood her explanation and requested that her lightsabers be returned. It was difficult for her to do so, but she managed to.
She first approached Jake, asking if she could become part of his empire. Jake wanted this to happen, so he agreed to her request and even gave her two red lightsabers in memory of her last ones, making her feel grateful. Anakin did the same when he heard Ahsoka was joining Jake since she was the sole reason he stayed with the Jedi.
Now that he has both of them safe, he tells them everything he knows about the Clones microchip and how Order 66 works, explaining that the reason he constructed this empire was to stop a rogue Sith, Palpatine and that it was the reason he abandoned the Republic in the first place.
Jake travels to his home planet to train in the training chamber. He sets up a simulation of ten-star destroyers versus ten-star destroyers, with himself on one side.
As the battle started Jake concentrated hard, focusing on the Star Destroyers in the enemy fleet. He channels the power of the Force through him, and with a wave of his hand, he uses his vector control abilities to manipulate the ships' engines. Suddenly, five of the enemy Star Destroyers shudder violently, their engines overloaded and exploding in a massive fireball.
Jake hears the agonized screams of thousands of crew members as the ships are torn apart from within. The remaining enemy ships faltered for a moment, caught off guard by his sudden display of power. But they quickly recover and refocus their assault on his side of the battle, determined to take down the remaining ships and emerge victorious.
The sounds of blaster fire and explosions fill Jake's ears as the two sides clash in a ferocious fight for dominance. Jake feels the rush of adrenaline as he witnesses the ships maneuvering and firing at each other in a beautifully chaotic dance. The battle continues on and on, seemingly without end.
Well, it does, with Jake's mastery of vector control being impressive as he manages to take out the last five Star Destroyers on the other side. The remaining ships are now in disarray, and their morale is undoubtedly shaken. Jake sees them retreating into hyperspace as the battle comes to an end. ending the simulation.
As he walks out of the room, he notices Anakin and Ahsoka arriving. As he walks towards his house, he realizes that the conflict will start in three days and that he has to rest. Looking through the system, he notices a warning under the Rebrith option explaining that while rebirthing, the system may update, removing or adding things, or possibly changing depending on whatever universe he selects.
That worries him since travelling to another universe could make his systems worse, but he understands it's worth the risk because it could also make them better. He then moves on to prepare for the battle and begins to use the remaining SP to buy more fleets.
The ships he bought the most of were Covenant, with a few Star Trek ones to do a full-on attack on every planet the CIS has to finish his time in this universe and move on to a new one.
The day has come. As the final battle approaches in the Coruscant system, you can see thousands of Republic ships. Palpatine is getting ready to give the 66th order to the clones. He's just waiting for a signal that they've arrived at CIS's home planet.
Jake is on a call with Anakin, telling him what's to happen, and this is his last chance to convince his friends in the order to leave and join the empire to save themselves from the betrayal.
