Chapter 802: Shitou's Distress ( 2 )

Inside the house, Li Shu and Doctor Xie were startled when they heard a sudden cry from outside. 

Li Shu recognized the voice as soon as she heard it. She stood up and said, "Grandpa, it must be Shitou. I will go to have a look."

Doctor Xie nodded and said, "Bring him in and don't let him stand in the sun for too long."

"I know."

Opening the gate, Li Shu saw her brother crying heartbrokenly, his face covered with tears and snot. If people didn't know what happened, they might think his parents had died.

She knelt down, took him into her arms, and patted his back gently. 

Li Shu stood up and asked while holding her brother in her arms, "Shitou, what's wrong? Why are you crying like this? Did someone bully you? Tell sister, sister will beat them for you." 

Shitou was hugged by his sister and shook his head.

Unable to hold him for a long time, Li Shu quickly brought him into the house.
