Chapter 124: His confession

Alexander opened his eyes and on instinct was about to move his hand to grab his phone to see what time it was when he felt something pressing him down, and he looked down.

Seeing the girl curled up in his chest as she hugged him like her personal teddy bear, Alexander didn't know he was able to feel that kind of emotion as his heart ached slightly. 

He was contemplating between staying motionless and touching her hair a little because she looked so peaceful in his arms. Like she belongs here, then again, wasn't it the truth? 

He gently slid down as she pulled her face away to become even more comfortable in his embrace, and his gaze landed on her beautiful face right in front of him. 

With a smile, he tucked her hair behind her ears to have a better look at her face, and his smile widened when his heart skipped a beat again.
