The well-maintained front lawn was adorned with neatly arranged plants, each illuminated by decorative lights.

A valet approached to open their car doors and then drove Arion's car away for safe parking.

"Time to head in," Arion suggested with a slight tilt of his head, aiming for nonchalance yet his voice resonated the anticipation underneath.

He extended his arm invitingly towards Lily, strong tendons revealed under the moonlight due to his rolled-up sleeves.

Lily nodded, a sparkle of excitement dancing in her eyes. "I expect this evening is set to be a pleasant one," she uttered with hope lingering in her words.

Gently, she engaged her arm with his, her fingers skimming over the muscular landscape of his arm.

At the realisation of the solidity she found there, she couldn't contain an exclamation, "Oh!"

"What's the matter?" Arion returned the question with curiosity etched in his features.
