Chapter 134: Do you want to learn, how to fight?
A punch came my way, aiming to destroy my face.
I did not even have time to consider a counterattack because I was too shocked and the punch was too fast.
On instinct, I turned my head to the side where his hand was on my shoulder. i dodged the punch so I pushed the arm on my shoulder down with my elbow.
That left an opening to his side.
How dare he approach me like this? Did he think I was a nobody who didn't know how to fight? The first rule of striking was to never put your hand on your opponent other than when striking.
He was quite tall, taller than me by 3 inches and larger. But it was in the perfect range for me to do a spinning elbow and hit his jaw.
So I did.

I spun quickly and I felt my elbow brushing past his jaw. His reaction speed was surprisingly fast and although I caught him by surprise, he managed to lean back.
His eyes shook, alarmed at my show of skill. He backed away quickly, and I followed him as I spun again, gathering more momentum.
Then the spinning elbow turned into a double spinning back kick. The change in martial arts was instantaneous. From Muay Thai to Karate.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). That's what it's all about. Utilizing every martial arts known to man, covering the flaw of one fighting style with another one to create the perfect style.
A fighting style without flaw.
Everything happened during the flow of one second. My back kick landed with the sound of a gunshot.
*POW!!*
He had his guard up, and his left arm blocked my kick but they buckled under my strength. He grits his teeth.
But it was still not over.
I hooked his arm with my leg and pulled it down again, revealing another opening. The attack shifted yet again into a hook kick.
I spun again, it was a triple spin now and I finally landed a kick on his face. His face shook and he fell on his side, but he caught himself by putting his hand on the ground.
He was only kneeling, not fully falling like I expected him to under my kick.
In one fluid movement, I executed four attacks and weaved them together into one perfect combination. I spun three times so my last attack had an absurd amount of momentum.
But Monseoung seemed to be made of more than flesh and bone. He immediately got back up on his feet but he no longer attacked me.
He dared not attack me again with his mouth bleeding already because of one simple mistake of putting his hand on my shoulder.
He was cautious. I got into a stance as well.
"What are you doing?!" Bomi screamed and Monseoung stopped.
"He saved us!! What are you doing fighting him!" She went to Monseoung and told him. He looked surprised and quickly turned to me.
"Is it true?" He asked dumbly and I just deadpanned at him.
"Of course. It was Pakgo who did it and besides how are you here?" She asked.
"I saw the live stream and ran here as soon as possible." He explained himself. Then he turned back to me and bowed.
"I am truly sorry for attacking you."
"Eh? No problem." I told him with a shrug.
He straightened his back put his hand on his mouth and looked at his own blood. He observed, seemingly in disbelief for a moment before turning back to me.
"The Japan fighter right?" He asked. Now that he was calm now he must've realized who I was. I went viral not too long ago afterall and as a martial artist himself, I doubt he would miss it.
I nod.
"You are strong." He said, "Very strong. I guess people didn't lie."
Then he turned his focus to his friend Bomi and checked her for injury. I saw Hobin finally look up at the two of them.
Monseoung and Bomi. They looked perfect together, and he was actually able to fight unlike him. That must've given him some serious inferiority complex like in the manhwa.
I could literally see his heart crumbling through his earnest eyes.
"We will be leaving now." Monseoung said and grabbed Bomi to leave with her. The girl struggled, "But what about Hobin?"
"Leave him. A man needs his own space." Monseoung said and Bomi finally relented and left with him. She understood that it was a tough moment for Hobin and he wouldn't want to see her to see him when he was at his weakest.
I watched as they left. I turned to the spectator Snapper with his swollen face and told him he could leave too.
And he did.
Now there was only the kneeling Hobin and myself. I turned to him and he finally had the strength to look at me now.
'What to do with him?'
"Hey." I said and he replied weakly, "Hi."
Then there was silence. The rain had stopped by now and the sun was beginning to shine again.
He remained silent and seemed to be deep in thought. I was busy in my own mind too as I considered what my next move would be.

..
"Tell you what, as a fellow MC to the another, I want to help you." I said and he looked at me with confusion written all over his face.
He looked really pathetic with his frail torso filled with bruises and his swollen and beaten-up face. But I had respect for him, for what he was and what he would be in the future.
"Do you want to learn, how to fight."
I have a few days left here in Korea so I might as well spend the time doing some good. By giving him pointers and some direction, I could help him avoid much trouble in the future.
His eyes trembled and they summoned crystal liquid. Soon a small stream of tears flowed down his eyes but he was not crying. He had a resolution and anger on his face.
Anger at himself and a resolution to change.
He bowed down to me, and hid his face.
"Yes please."
