Sam had found a way to get rid of the zombies even though it came at the risk of a building.

He didn't care because this was a small price to pay but something told him it wouldn't be this easy.

Sam didn't know what Delta meant by his earlier warning but it had to be something a lot more dangerous knowing Delta.

Sam could feel eyes on him but he didn't know whose eyes they were, not that it mattered.

Sam chuckled before that laugh turned into a maniacal laugh, he couldn't believe that this world came before him.

He could kill without reserve, if this wasn't heaven on earth then what was?

"Delta, where the fuck are you? You better be," Sam showed concern for the first time.

But was this genuine or was it just him having some twisted sense of care?

Sam took his gun, pointed it into the sky and let loose a shot that echoed throughout the base.
