"Here, I got this for you." Bei Sangyun brought out a pack of cookies and placed it on Fei Chuan's desk.

Fei Chuan paused his work on the laptop and reached for the cookies. Bei Sangyun often brought him treats from overseas bakeries, knowing he had a sweet tooth.

He tore open the package and inhaled deeply.

"From Country Z. My grandma lives there now. She loves this bakery and sent us some to try. Go ahead, taste them."
