Chapter 18: Chapter 18 - Silver Winged Family End

Having sent Mio and Mia to handle the affair with the Divine Flame family and the rest of the thirteen Families heading somewhere when sensed something from far and immediately flew in that direction until he found people pursuing what seemed to be a couple with their child around 15 years old running away from them. The pursuer had silver wings like the woman they were chasing and the man had black dragon-like wings similar to their child but had feathers instead of leathery membrane.

Yun Tian recalled that the founding patriarch of the Silver Winged family implanted the wings of a Silver Winged Thunderbird on his back, since then the highest noble members of the family naturally have had silver wings. However, as they age their body slowly starts to reject the wings, resulting in death. Most Silver Winged Family members will not live past the age of sixty.

Meanwhile, the black dragon winged on the other hand should belong to the Black Dragon Family. Yun Tian could guess the union between Silver Winged and Black Dragon to be taboo for them. It was unfortunate when the mixture of two families can bring the best out of them.

"You two run! I'll buy you enough time!" The husband said to his wife and son looking at their pursuit knowing that it was certain but at least the chances of his son and wife surviving were higher.

"No! We can't leave you!" The wife pleaded for him because she didn't want their child to be fatherless.

"Father!' His son shouted crying seeing that his father had made up his mind to sacrifice his life to save them. His father tensed up releasing his soul force burning his life force giving it all while the silver Winged soldier was pushed back by the power exuding from him.

"Duan Yun!! Give up! Even if you burn your life, we will still be able to kill you, that bitch and that abomination!" One of them roared at him angrily releasing their own aura that overwhelmed the man, Duan Yun's explosive power.

"Even if that is true! I at least bring you to hell with me!!" Duan Yun angrily shouted at them as he gritted his teeth and clenched his hands preparing himself to take every single one of them. His wife and son cried out trying to stop him not wanting to go, feeling the pain in the heart of losing him to be more unbearable than death. At least their death would be quick while long years of suffering knowing your family died would be an indescribable pain.

"I admire your resolve and willingness to protect your family."

It was then Duan Yun regained energy vanishing along with their enemy as they all fell to the ground feeling an intense fear creep into their very soul. Every single one of them saw a young man with unparalleled beauty. The pinnacle of a man made even Duan Yun's wife blush but her heart already belonged to someone and even his aura won't affect them unless he wishes to.

His presence was blending with the air it made him appear to be the essence of a Soul force looking like transcending being untouched by those below him. Duan Yun and Son felt their heart churn urging them to kneel with the former already on one knee looking at him with reverence and devotion as if their god had arrived to save them.

Yun Tian was the [ True Immortal Dragon God ] therefore he affected those who have the dragon type bloodline to feel compelled to listen to his command. He looked at the silver Winged family and saw through their heart and was slightly perplexed seeing the vile lingering emotion and bitter curse of people whom they had slain.

"W-Who are you, Senior? T-This is our Silver Winged family business and have done nothing to offend yo—" At that moment the thunderbird bloodline coursing there where Yun Tian wasn't doing anything merely narrowed his gaze and said.

"I do not have the slightest care about your Silver Winged family but seeing through your hearts tells me everything I need." Yun Tian's words were calm and quiet yet every single line sent shivers down their spine as if death accepted their courting.

"Yoruichi, Irene, and Yun Mei." Everyone was taken aback by the sudden appearances of three powerful women with two respectfully kneeling while the other had a large pillar on her shoulder showing a wide smile.

"Pay the Silver Winged Family a visit and if you see any injustice then take action." Hearing his command made the Silver Winged member drenched in cold sweat sensing that each woman was beyond their patriarch who is growing weaker with each passing day.

The three of them vanish and set off to execute his order while they still couldn't completely believe what they were experiencing as Yun Tian narrowed his eyes to the remaining Silver Winged looking at them with indifference as if they were truly nothing.

"S-Senior, thank you for saving us. I, Duan Yun, am willing to give my life and become your servant." He glanced at the black dragon winged man while his wife and son followed showing their gratitude. Yun Tian was interested in their son who has talent, tenacity, and a perfect union of two bloodlines.

"Hmmm, think nothing of it. I'm someone who cannot turn a blind eye to injustice. Though, it is up to you what outcome for these people." Yun Tian gestured to the silver Winged who knew certain death was upon them and there isn't an escape. Duan Yun understood what he meant, glancing at his wife who nodded.

"D-Duan—Gaaah!!"

One by one they were crippled by Duan Yun leaving them for dead while Yun Tian simply watched in silence, noticing the gaze of their son burning with determination. Duan Yun kneels before Yun Tian and nods.

"If you truly wish to serve me then I do not mind. For now, I can see you are from the Black Dragon Family and I trust that you can convince them to follow me outside this subsidiary realm."

Duan Yun and his family seem surprised to hear that he was from outside the Abyss Prison Realm and amazed to learn from a city that is far better than their current one. He followed them to the Black Dragon Family, learning that their son's name was Duan Jian.

Meanwhile, Irene, Yoruichi, and Yun Mei arrive to check on the Silver Winged Family and are disgusted by what they have seen. Human slaves working on mining blood crystals are unable to fight back due to their power being sealed.

Yun Mei was angered by this, ready to head down and beat everyone while Irene stopped her, putting her attention to a tower responsible for keeping the seal intact. Irene conjured a small ball of energy from the palm of her hand and then shot it toward the tower where the moment it came into contact ignited a massive explosion that immediately send an alarm to the patriarch, Sikong Yi who was a large fat man yet still exude powerful pressure but it still pale in comparison to Irene, Yoruichi and Yun Mei.

The slave felt their power returning to them, shocking the Silver Winged slaver realizing that even with their cultivation being at Silver and Gold had been handling blood crystals for a long time, they were several times stronger than the same rank.

"How dare you attack our territory!! You're courti—" In the blink of an eye, the guards saw their vision change, spinning around until they saw their headless bodies before dying. Yoruichi blitzed the army of swung soldiers and killed all of those who were close, showing off her blinding speed.

Yun Mei began to demolish large parts of their territory, expanding her staff and cleaving the trees that supported their homes. It was then Sikong Yi appeared in rage looking at the people responsible for attacking his home and was going to attack Yun Mei when he was standing blown away by an explosion sending him several hundred feet rupturing his inside and coughing out blood.

"W-Why are you attacking my Silver Winged Family!? Have we done anything to offend you!?" He roared thinking it was an injustice that they were attacked without knowing the reason why. Irene stood in front of him looking down at the defeated Sikong Yi struggling to even breathe.

"Your evil heart is to blame. Karma comes to us all and all the wrong things you've done have come to bite you. We have no hatred towards your family and have merely been given a task by our master. Well, I shouldn't talk to a dead man."

Sikong Yi cursed his luck having found himself unable to fight back but he was stubborn and refused to die without a fight and Irene was about to kill him when suddenly a young girl appeared in front of him.

"If you're going to kill my father then you have to kill me first." The young girl showed a determined gaze unwavering and unshaken that Irene was impressed by her resolve. Irene moves close to the young girl touching her face while she remains in place.

"Hmm, I won't kill your family but from this day onwards, you are a slave and you young girl will be my master maid from now on." The young girl's eyes widened and felt something shackles her while Sikong Yi couldn't even refuse as he was enslaved to pay for his crimes.

"Are you sure about this?" Yoruichi appeared beside her while Irene glanced at her.

"I think it would be fine and killing them would be mercy for them. And this girl has some potential, especially being a bed warmer for our master." Irene giggles at the thought of it while the young girl is shaken that she will be defiled by whoever their master is.

"You do know our master isn't like that, right? Then again her bloodline would be wasted if we kill her." Yoruichi said looking at the young girl and eventually the Silver Winged Family who had been enslaved by the three of them letting those who escape go since they won't be able to do much anymore without the support of their patriarch.

Sikong Yi felt bitter at the outcome and wanted to die fighting but even that privilege was not given as he was crippled by his cultivation and the people they enslaved gathered around.

"All of you are free to beat him." Irene said to them where everyone looked at Sikong Yi with hatred in their eyes and the young girl, his daughter's eyes widened.

"Wait! You said you won't kill my father!" She was horrified to see her once the pride of their family reduced to a mortal. Irene smiled that shook her entire body as if despair itself was upon them.

"Yes, I did say that but I didn't say I can't hurt him. He would still be alive by the end of this." Irene laughed at her reaction and watched in utter despair as his father was beaten and tortured by the people they enslaved. He was whipped and stone was thrown seeing the same thing that they had done for them.

The young girl, Sikong Hongyue pondered what they had done seeing how this is how they had been doing to these people. The pain and humiliation that they put them into was now being experienced by her entire family.

After a while, Sikong Yi was an utter mess where his face was mangled almost unrecognizable while his daughter cried hugging him seeing his injuries, looking at Irene cursing them for having their great family turn into mere slaves unable to escape their fate.

Eventually, the former kneel before them thanking them for saving them and asking if they can serve them instead to repay them for becoming free. Irene saw that they were quite tenacious and perfect servants for his master accepting them sending all of them to the [ Godly Grimoire ] where they were in awe seeing the beautiful structure and felt the energy was better than their former home even Sikong Hongyue and her father who unable to cultivate felt the freshness of the air.

She told them they are free to settle down and would organize them. The eyes of the former slave were now looking at them with utter devotion and reverence as if they had arrived in paradise. They went back to space to help organize the place and store the treasure collected by the silver wing and even took the mine into her master's [ Godly Grimoire ].
