Chapter 254: Childish

Colin took the plate out of Jayce's hands after making up his mind. He looked down upon the Baozi which actually looked delicious, before gulping loudly.

"Thanks for the meal." He said, gingerly picking up a steamed bun and bringing it to his mouth.

Jayce's face imperceptibly changed to one of satisfaction just as Colin was about to take bite, the picture of someone who had succeeded in their ploy.

The moment Colin bit down, a deafening crunch sounded out within the square, instantly putting an end to the chatter between everyone. They all turned their heads to the source of the sound.

Colin who just felt as if he bit into solid metal, let out a small cry of pain before holding out his hand. A moment later, a solitary tooth fell from his mouth and rolled into his palm.
