I've seen multiple people that had the potential to be powerhouses ruin their entire futures by getting a bad title.
I remember this one case where a son of a conglomerate family with a SSS- talent limit got the 'True Bad Addict' title which not only made him lower his talent limit to D+ rank, but his stat-per-level gain got reduced to 3 and he got a single sp per 20 level.
All this just because of a single title. System, can you tell me how he got that title?
