Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Waking up? Rewrite Minor
As I laid there in my room, the realization slowly dawned upon me—I was dead or dying. The world around me had transformed into an ethereal plane, devoid of color and substance. There was a profound stillness that hung in the air, broken only by the faint echoes of my own thoughts. I tried to recall the events leading up to this moment, but my memories felt distant and fragmented. What had happened? How had I ended up here, in this strange void between life and whatever lay beyond? It was a puzzle that demanded my attention, yet I couldn't shake the feeling of disorientation.
Then everything snapped in to place. I remembered everything that happened it was a normal day just like any other. I was sitting at home relaxing and playing Devil May Cry 3 since I was replaying the entire series and put on some audio comics from marvel.
I slowly immersed myself in the world of Devil May Cry 3, battling demons and navigating the Temen-ni-gru. The gameplay was intense, and I relished the challenge it presented. But as the hours passed, I started to feel a strange sensation, like a tingling in the back of my mind. I dismissed it at first, thinking it was just an itch so I continued playing.
However, the tingling grew stronger, and I began to lose myself in the game. The lines between reality and the game on the tv blurred, and before I knew it, I found myself in this void. Thinking this was all a dream I tried to wake myself up, but everything I tried did not wake me up from this nightmare. It felt like hours of passed, just feeling nothing lying in the air just existing in the void of space nothing but darkness or nothingness?. Well whatever this void is it's just me existing here so I closed my eye's trying to sleep or take my mind off of my situation.
But suddenly I slowly felt a tingling sensation like the sun was on my skin I felt relief that I was feeling something after hours of nothing, and just the thought of the pitch black void kind of scared me. But as I slowly woke my mind went somewhere else because as I opened my eyes up and getting my body up from the the ground to notice I was in a dirty trashed alleyway out somewhere in a city. With dirty and unfamiliar clothes on and a giant game system panel right in my face saying.
