Chapter 47: Abaxxios, The Pestilent Defiler (III)

The shambling skeletons let out a shrill shriek. 

Shandara gripped her staff and shouted, "Everyone! Get your shit together and get in position! It's now or never!"

The frozen adventurers shook off their tense nerves and shouted. They all got into positions as they each took an enemy while the others took on the dragon. THe dragon easily swatted off the cocky adventurers who dared approach it. The weaker ones were frozen in fear by it's roar. Only to be killed by the shambling skeletons.

"Now's not the time to tarry! Onwards! We fight!" Saskia shouted as she blasted two ghouls with her guns. The bullet holes in them wouldn't close but they were still able to shamble towards her.

"Shit! They're more resistant to holy magic! Increase your output!" She said as she kicked the two ghouls backwards as her weapons shone. She aimed directly at it's heart and spine. She fired four shots killing off the two ghouls that came her way.
