Chapter 84: We had a deal

Hearing Storm's voice from inside gave Ellie some extra confidence, and seeing how Seth seemed to grow even more annoyed after what he heard, Ellie decided to add to his annoyance. 

"Move," Ellie whispered with a mischievous smirk on her face, took a step back, and gestured with her hand in a highly dramatic manner for him to clear out of her path. 

Although his annoyance grew, Seth still donned a smirk, and stared at her for a second extra, before he walked out and away from that environment.

Ellie followed him with her eyes until he disappeared from her line of sight. Only then did she proceed into the room. 

For the first time, the room was not as dark as she expected. The light was switched on so she didn't have to do it herself. 

However, she noticed Storm was not alone in the room. The white-haired man she met that day at the elevator was standing in a corner, staring at her as if she stole something from him.
