Chapter 504: Chapter 503 "Great Acting"

Against the rain and thunder, Karkaroff was walking angrily towards the Quidditch field. He was followed by Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape, who were surprised by the situation. Behind him was Leon, whom Sean had been looking for.

"What did you do to my student?!"

Before reaching the Quidditch field, Karkaroff yelled at Sean.

In the eyes of those who came, four Thunderbirds were madly attacking Krum and Reinhardt. Krum protected his mate behind him, although Reinhardt was injured badly. The instigator was obviously Sean, standing in front of the two of them.

"Oh, my God." Professor McGonagall exclaimed, and she ran forward quickly, "When did Hogwarts have Thunderbirds? Mr. Wallup, what's going on?"

"What else could be going on?!" Karkaroff scolded Sean angrily while quickly running to his students.

"Viktor? How are you?"

Krum's expression was pale, and his face was full of bitterness. "Professor, I'm fine..."

"That's good, that's good." Karkaroff breathed a sigh of relief before checking Reinhardt.

After seeing the several deep wounds on his body, he jumped up like a weasel.

"Reinhardt! Reinhardt!" He shouted.

"Oh, my God." Professor McGonagall saw Reinhardt's situation, she exclaimed and immediately called for someone to take him to the infirmary.

Snape stood beside Sean, looking gloomily at the Thunderbird hovering in the sky, "Mr. Wallup, don't you think you have some explaining to do?"

Before Sean could speak, Karkaroff screamed, "What is there to explain?! Privately raising high-risk magical animals and commanding these beasts to attack students, I must let Dumbledore and Ludo know about this, and he should be sent to Azkaban!"

Upon hearing Azkaban, the Golden Dawn members who had been snickering behind Sean couldn't stop laughing. Fred and George tried to explain, but Karkaroff obviously didn't have any interest in listening to their reason.

As the current principal of a school, his level is enough to shut up students like the Weasley twins.

"You and your magical animal, get ready to go to Azkaban together!" Karkaroff waved his hand.

After sending Reinhardt away, Professor McGonagall returned and frowned, "Professor Karkaroff, the matter has not been cleared yet. Don't punish my students without authorization."

"Don't punish?!" Karkaroff's eyes widened. "Did you see that, Professor McGonagall? Look at those injuries on Reinhardt. Even the most terrifying and evil dark wizards wouldn't do such a cruel thing."

Professor McGonagall ignored Karkaroff. She looked at Sean seriously and pointed to the Thunderbird in the sky, "Mr. Wallop, what is going on? Why is this animal will appear in front of everyone in this manner?"

Sean understood the meaning of Professor McGonagall's words. How can you release this kind of animal to attack other students?

Sean shrugged innocently and waved his wand. The Thunderbirds in the sky roared, the thunder was loud, and the storm swept the entire Quidditch field. The students were taken aback again, especially the Durmstrang students. When the Thunderbird spread its wings, Karkaroff hid directly behind Professor McGonagall.

Even though the Thunderbirds had no intention of attacking them, Karkaroff jumped back again.

"How dare you command illegal magical animals to attack the professor? Do you want to stay in Azkaban for the rest of your life?"

"Mr. Wallup." Snape's eyes narrowed.

Sean's expression didn't change at all, and he put away his wand. Immediately afterward, everyone saw that the Thunderbirds seemed to have found their way back home. They spread their wings together and headed straight for the sky and then disappeared in front of everyone in an instant.

The weather gradually cleared up.

Karkaroff was stunned for a moment, "Do you think that everyone here is an idiot? Those Thunderbirds obeyed your command, and you thought you let them fly away would clear you from the guilt?"

Sean spread his hands, "But, professor. After the Summoning Charm ends, the summoned objects will disappear."

"Summoning Charm?" Karkaroff was taken aback for another moment, "Are you playing with me?"

Sean stretched out his hand and turned around, "Everyone present can prove that these Thunderbirds appeared because of the Summoning Charm. However, there may be a small problem with spellcasting."

He scratched his head, "This accident is really unexpected, and this kind of thing seems normal to me."

Karkaroff was mad. He casually smirked and pointed at a Durmstrang student, "You, tell me. How did those Thunderbirds come here?!"

The student looked at the people present and said, "I.. I don't know..."

"Useless!" Karkaroff yelled angrily, pointing at another student again. You. Don't be afraid. Although this is not Durmstrang, your principal will always stand up for you!"

The person who was pointed out came out with a little bit of reluctance. Although they were all frightened by Sean, they couldn't move their steps and couldn't lift their wands just now. Those Thunderbirds did appear out of thin air, and now they disappeared. This was indeed in line with the Summoning charm. If they had lied that Wallup brought the Thunderbirds, would he have been the next target?

Seeing the student didn't dare to speak, Karkaroff became furious. He pushed the student away and prepared to pull another witness. The people behind Sean stood up and said that this was some accident with Sean's spells, but Karkaroff ignored them all, even though Professor McGonagall had already coughed several times.

Just before the next unlucky guy was picked out, a voice sounded.

"Professor. That is indeed Wallop's spell. I don't understand why it summoned the Thunderbirds, but it is indeed the case."

Krum spoke. He had been standing by the side with his head bowed for just now, and now he spoke for the first time, which proved what Sean said was true.

Karkaroff was surprised. He hurried over and put his arms around Krum's shoulders, "My child, you must have hurt your head."

Professor McGonagall said, "So, this is just an accident."

"How is this possible?!" Hearing Professor McGonagall's words, Karkaroff was almost fuming with anger.

"Even if it was a spell accident, you were the one who injured Reinhardt, right?!" Karkaroff said with red eyes, "He's just a child!"

Speaking of Reinhardt, Professor McGonagall frowned at the injury. Fights between students were not uncommon, but such a serious injury was not allowed. She turned her gaze to Sean.

What she didn't expect was that Sean was laid back. She looked at Karkaroff and asked, "May I ask? Does Durmstrang's education include letting your students provoke innocent people? Do you use a term like Mudblood to attack others?"

Before Karkaroff could speak, he puffed up his chest, "I did injure Reinhardt, but I didn't expect such an accident to happen to the spell, and the spell can't be stopped once it happened."

"Can ordinary spells have such an effect?" Snape said.

"Wallup, what spell did you use?" Professor McGonagall asked.

"Bird Conjuring Charm, professor. You should know about it."

Professor McGonagall nodded, "Miss Granger has demonstrated to me that it is just a small spell, and its lethality is limited. But it is worth noting that the spell acted differently; thus, unexpected things happened."

"That's it," Sean nodded and then sighed, "Of course, I was also surprised by Reinhardt's words, and I didn't stop the attack after the spell had gone wrong. I am willing to admit my mistake."

Professor McGonagall also nodded, "Reinhardt's words are wrong, but he shouldn't have been hurt so badly. However, Sean, you admitted your mistake, which is good. How about next weekend? You will do the most cleaning work in the castle, and you are not allowed to come to the Quidditch field again without my permission?"

Sean nodded, "Sounds good to me, Professor."

Looking at the two, Karkaroff's beard is going to blow to the sky.

"What are you talking about?! My student, my most beloved student, is almost dead, and he is just going to clean the castle and ground?! Professor McGonagall, do you even believe this kind of nonsense? I'm going to find Dumbledore!"

Snape intervened, "I think this is not enough punishment for him. Let's add another potion-related punishment."

Sean cursed in his heart. However, before Karkaroff could protest this punishment, the three girls who had been watching from behind stepped forward.

Stephanie was at the back, Hermione's expression was stiff, and only Daisy showed some anger.

Her eyes were red, "That Reinhardt insulted Sean first, then Hermione with the Mudblood word, and cursed us all viciously."

Snape looked at her.

Daisy raised her head, and the tears in the corners of her eyes were visible, "And, and..."

Daisy surprised everyone present. Snape almost jumped up on the spot. Sean went up to comfort her and saw Daisy wink secretly at him.

Snape was confused at this moment. He wanted to step forward to comfort her, but he didn't know what to say, so he stared at Karkaroff gloomily.

As if worried that these words were not enough, Daisy continued, "That Reinhardt, when we met in the castle before, he would mock me and sometimes scold me. I worried about affecting the friendship between Hogwarts and Durmstrang, and I would only just be around Hermione, Sean, and Stephanie."

She looked sad, "My mother never scolded me before..."

Snape felt as if he had been struck by lightning.

He no longer mentioned the matter of punishing Sean but directly looked at Karkaroff, "Is this the education your school gives to students? Mr. Wallup's anger today might be too much, but one is because of the unexpected things happening from the spell, and the other is because Reinhardt kept provoking other students."

"When he recovers from his injury, I'd like to see how you discipline your students, Karkaroff."

Karkaroff immediately retorted, "I won't let you go!"

After dropping these words, Karkaroff and Durmstrang's students quickly left the field.

"Quite a good acting." Sean quietly gave Daisy a thumbs-up.

Daisy raised her brows pridefully and pouted her mouth again after seeing Snape's eyes.
