Under their noses, in the heavily governed residential area of the 7th Ward, there was actually a gourmet restaurant that used humans as ingredients. It even gathered more than a hundred Ghouls, which clearly showed the audacity of Ghouls.

"For our first lesson," Lin Yi gave a simple answer. "As investigators, our duties don't only involve responding to civilian reports or reports from the Intelligence Department."
"On regular days, we conduct routine patrols and Ghoul investigations in areas with a high frequency of incidents. Today is a routine investigation, so don't be too nervous," Lin Yi explained.
But in reality, he never participated in these routine investigations.
