"Rising Stars?" Jia asked, her mouth agape.
Her mother had always been with 'Crawling Man,' yet now she's a part of Azure and 'Rising Stars?'
"Yes," Cindy cheerfully exclaimed. "Have you heard of that show? I know you're not fond of idols, but you may want to give it a shot now that your mom is editing the show."
"Uh, sure, yeah," Jia awkwardly said, reaching for the glass of water. "So, you were in the Azure headquarters just now?"
"Yeah," Cindy answered. "We're busy editing the elimination episode. Actually, the reason why I came so late is because of this one trainee. He suddenly barged into my office and asked me to give him a good edit. Can you believe it? He's a fool if he thinks I'll conform to his requests," Cindy scoffed.
"Who is it?" Jia asked, her curiosity getting the best of her. She wasn't interested in any other trainee except for June, but she still wanted to keep up with the drama of the show.
Hi! Here's an extra chapter as a 'thank you' and to clarify some things. First, this arc had been written for June to finally accept the loss of his family (both as Jun Hao and Joon-ho). As for the issue, I had actually taken inspiration from what happened with Boys' Planet's Seok Matthew in the middle of the show. There had been rumors that he had some connections with the TV station and that's why he was getting lots of screentime and skyrocketed to his rank in such a short span of time. He was actually "evil-edited" right after this rumor came out, so he was heavily criticized back then. I apologize if there are any loopholes in the story, or if this came out as 'forced drama,' or if it could have been written better. As of the moment, the arc already has a resolution, and is now headed for the third mission! Still, thanks for all the support.
