You should stop using “Pokémon moves” and just embrace the lore, Kyogre is practically a God of the sea and storm… Even then he should be able to use any “Pokémon moves” excepting the special ones and the antithesis like: Fire, Ground, Grass, Rock, Bug, Steel, Ghost and Poison… I can even see him as a kind of Dragon and Fairy… Now your writing format is not good for long read is kinda boring too much story telling and little interactions it give 5star to world background but 2start on writing quality(not for grammar mind you but format altogether) and story development. Character is solid 2start too he doesn’t have a goal it’s seems like he goes too much with the flow of things(for those reading this is not about changing canon he already doing it by the way). Last but not least Kyogre is MASSIVE and he is a GOD he need to have an ego big as the sea and a sick ammount of pride, so yes stop portraying him as a fish going around fishman island.
very good I liked it a lot you could make the protagonist be friends with luffy before whitebeard died I wanted to see him in the war of the best
This is my first time writing so the start won't be perfect but after a while it'll probably get better
