Chapter 6: Chapter 5: True event begins
General POV
Suwi had just gotten Chimwemwe to the hall and there were a good number of guards around hallway so it so Chimwemwe thought it was at least safe. They got to a room were there were some kids playing, chatting around and showing off their quirks but there were some guards to keep them from going too far.
'Well at least um used to these environments now.' Chimwemwe thought as thanks to his time in the nursery it made it less awkward to be in these types of situations. 'Guess this place was specially prepared to keep kids out of the adults' asses while they continue on with their business.' Honestly, he couldn't really blame them.
He put his hands in his pockets and walked off while Suiw started talking to three other kids two girls one boy but he didn't really care. Luckily the place also had stuff kids could play with so he just grabbed a yo-yo to keep him busy for the meantime as he never really used one before. Seeing no one on the hanging egg chair so he decided to sit there and play with the yo-yo as time passed. He was sitting there for about thirty minutes slowly getting the hang of the yo-yo
"Hey Chimwemwe." Suiw made her way over to him and seeing some room on the egg chair she sat beside him. "Why aren't you playing with everyone else everyone is nice to each other here."
"I found this yo-yo and it kept me busy." He answered.
"Um cool hey Chimwemwe can I-I ask you something?" She was bashful when saying the sentence and Chimwemwe looked at her and saw concern in her face so he nodded. "D-Did you get hurt when you awakened your quirk?" She asked him.
"Wah no why do you ask?"
"W-Well you weren't at school for almost 2 weeks now and when I went to the doctor when I got my quirk momma told me that some people get hurt when they get their quirks so I thought it something very bad happened to you." She said with small strands of tears on her face.
"Don't worry Suiw I didn't get hurt."
"R-Really?"
"Yeah, I just needed to get used to it that's all so don't worry." He smiled and patted her head lightly and she nodded ad wiped her tears.
"So, what have you been doing?"
"Oh, yeh Aunt's been making me go to a gym to help me with my quirk. Let me tell ya it was really hard to get the hang off even a little." He sighed.
"Oh, like me! I turns out that I can make diamonds appear on other stuff but the doctor said I need this caphone thing to make it work! And its really hard too some the diamonds appear fast others it's really slow!" She whined as the slightly swung on the hanging egg chair.
'Oh, so she needs carbon to make the diamonds pretty cool.' Chimwemwe thought to himself and then he noticed the kids were on a line and stopping in front of a tv screen. "Hey Suiw what's happening over there?"
"Oh, the screen is judging our quirks on how cool they are. You show it or tell it your quirk and then it does the judging." She explained. "Do you want to go?" She asked and he shock his head not really caring for such stuff.
"Why didn't you go?"
"Oh, I was about to got with my friends but I noticed you were alone so I came to keep company so that you wouldn't be sad and lonely."
"Just say you got tired of waiting in line and come here because you had no one else to talk to."
"T-THAT'S NOT TRUE!!"
The two continued to chat while about what they have been up to during the week.
OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
In a van outside the hotel, we find four men inside three dressed in military wear while one of them was dressed in a techno themed suit and had a USB like finger and one was inserted in the CPU. He was currently on ac computer as he watched a kid present her quirk to him through the monitor.
"Your quirk is super cool!" He said through a microphone as the girl through the monitor bounced in joy as another come into view.
"So, what are the ratings on those kids' quirks." One of the armed men asked the USB man.
"To be honest most of them aren't that impressive most are just bland but I think that's most of them." He said leaning back on the chair. "So, when do you all start the operation?"
"As soon as the trucks get here. The men on the inside are waiting to get in position and since the info said that they didn't get Takhar's help than this operation will going to be a breeze." Another armored man said causing the USB villain to look in a little intrigue.
"What about the two top heroes currently present in the picture what do you all plan to do about them?" He asked if they had a proper plan.
"The others said that the that the boos already had a plan set up just for them and it will be executed once the operation begins." An armored man said blowing a smoke.
The USB villain didn't question how they got manage to infiltrate the place and get a good sum of villains to replace some guards as they did as Nyasaland had a lot of corruption running in its veins. Bribes or information on deep political affairs weren't really an issue. He just wondered if those villains knew that they were just distractions and won't be getting paid as they hoped.
"It's almost time positions everyone!"
Back With Chimwemwe
"Hey Suiw." He called for his friend's attention. "Why is that screen which was judging your quirks flashing like that?" He asked her to which she also looked at weirdly.
"I don't know maybe its low on power or something. I didn't see it get plugged in anywhere." She said not really caring about it but that wasn't the case for him.
'Don't know I have a bad feeling about this. Why would they bring a screen in here to judge the quirks of kids and once it was done it immediately turned off.' He thought to himself. 'Maybe I should take Suiw out of here.' He than turned towards his friend. "Suiw, we need to go back."
"What why am having fun here." She whined slightly but Chimwemwe didn't blame her she was four.
"Oh becau-…" Before Chimwemwe could finish his excuse, the screen began spraying some green gases making the kids in the room scream in fright. Suiw was than holding onto him in fright.
"W-What's going on Chimwemwe!" She asked in fright and he saw one by one they all began to fall unconscious.
"Sleeping g-gas." He muttered as he was slowly losing the battle to stay awake and Suiw fell asleep in his arms. "F-fuck." He muttered as he falls to the ground struggling to keep wake not before seeing the bodyguards enter the room calmly like they were expecting this.
The fake bodyguards than began to pick the children than the back of a large military vehicle burst through the wall luckily none of the passed-out children were close to it. They began putting each of the children into the military vehicle with men already in it properly setting them in positions. Once that vehicle was done another took its place and the process started all over again.
In Chimwemwe was asleep on the ground his body was subconsciously emitting high electric signals to his brain. He was basically jolted awake because of all the electricity going to his brain, but unfortunately, he made a sound when he jolted awake getting one of the men attentions.
"Hey look guys one of them is awake!" He alerted the others as he picked up Chimwemwe by the collar.
"Let go who the fuck are you guys!!" He yelled as he struggled to get himself free.
"HA! WE GOT A FIGHTER HERE!!" He laughed and so did the rest. "I don't know what kind of quirk you have to resist sleeping gas kid but looks like we have to do this the hard way." He smirked sinisterly scaring Chimwemwe he was about to take his gloves off to electrocute them but he was hit hard to the check bone by a riffle's muzzle by a large brick faced man so much it knocked to the floor and out with the part which was stroke began to bleed.
"We're supposed to capture them not try to kill them!" The one who held Chimwemwe yelled at the brick man just shrugged and went on and just sighed and put Chimwemwe in the military vehicle alone with Suiw. Once they were done the vehicle pulled away from the room.
With Minerva
The African Cheetah woman cursed at the situation she was in her like the rest were forced to stay in their sits being held at gun point by terrorists and villains and listen to their bullshit political rant. She held Jemima's hand as the woman was utterly terrified at the situation. There was a loud noise from across the hallway and her whiskers twitched causing her eyes to narrow dangerously.
'Those sons of bitches kidnapped my baby!!' She panicked and her animal instincts demanded their blood on her claws.
