"Why do you keep neglecting me?" Lucas was now back in the room allocated to him and Juliet, but Juliet was furious and demanded an explanation. Since he saw Alpha Damien's fiancée, he has been acting weird and for some reason, his fiancée was familiar.

"Stop overthinking, the pregnancy is making you overthink." He advised while he drank from the wine in the glass cup.

"I wouldn't have overthink if you hadn't embarrassed me in front of everyone," she retorted, coming to stand in front of him.

"That's not an excuse to be unreasonable, give me a break!" Ignoring her, he said and went to stand by the window, his thoughts wandering as he couldn't stop thinking about Aurora. He had thought of her after some months of losing her, he never expected her to be mated to Alpha Damien.
