Chapter 97: Choice

When next Marcus awoke, several days had passed and he found himself thrust back into what he believed to be the final phases of his training with Felicia and Alex.

And although he was livid at both parties for what they'd done to him so far, he pushed his anger down with the thought of one day repaying both of them for what they'd done to him.

He couldn't wait for the day.

Once the three had finished their final training session with Marcus, they finally decided to end the day with a long awaited meal.

During this time, no one spoke for awhile as they all gorged themselves with food. It had been nearly a month since Marcus had been training with Felicia and Alex, and it was just as strenuous and stressful for the duo as it was for Marcus, even though he had no idea why that was.

Eventually though, Marcus decided to ask the two a question to inquire about his and their futures.
