"Is this one of the effects of your skill?" Kevin stared at the faint red smoke coming out of the bullets.

Lawrence vaguely remembered there was a few sentences written below the picture of the vials for his [Blood Paralysis] skill. He did not bother to read it at that time; his focus was on the limitation of twenty-four hours, and he cannot use the same weapon once he has dosed it with [Blood Paralysis].

With the ghosts rendered dead, Kevin's curious ears perked up and he slowly walked away from Lawrence, wanting to explore the area.

Lawrence caught his collar just in time. 

"Don't wander off by yourself." There's no telling what will attack them. If his cat ventures out and is far from him, how can Lawrence protect Kevin if something sneaks up behind him?

"Ah, yeah!" Kevin nodded vigorously. Then he held Lawrence's sleeves and pulled him towards the first ghost Kevin shot.
