Chapter 25: Arrival ( 2 )
A few hours had passed and lunch break had just passed. Although it was a Sunday all the Masters had been told to gather in the assembly hall for a special occasion. While the others were wondering what it was exited and chattering away.
Standing inside the assembly hall was all the first-year Masters and the second-year Masters. In total in the assembly hall stood around 15,000 Masters. All of them stood nice and straight staring in the direction of the stage.
The assembly hall was split into two equal half's, with all the first year Masters standing on the left of the stage, and the second year Masters standing right of the stage. The fact that all the Masters in the Academy were told to gather together, and not just a single year told them it would be a big event.
Then the two section on each side would be further split up, they were grouped by each class which contained about fifty Masters. Jack was standing in a row of F_levels, the section was stationed closet to the stage cause the professors believe that F_level rank masters have low senses and may not be able to hear what is said on the stage.
Del was currently standing on stage giving the students a speech, telling them about all the achievements that the Academy had made so far, and what the upcoming schedule for the first year and second year Masters would look for the rest of the year, he wasn't using any speaker and was talking like he would if a person was a feet from him, due to the masters higher senses they could all hear him perfectly even though they were thirty feet away from the platform.
"Other than an update about the schedule for you all, we also have a special guest here today. She visited us last year, and she is here to visit us again."
Immediately Del said this the Masters formation became rowdy and their voices are heard, mostly the second year Masters.
"Mazuki" "Mazuki" "Mazuki".
Jack felt stomach pains and his blood was pumping widely around his body. He knew exactly why they had all been called. He remembered his confrontation with Del and the name he mentioned.
Del pointed at a woman who sat at the leader's table, tapping with her index finger continuously "Please clap for Miss Mazuki." Del said as he walked off the stage.
Mazuki then got up from her seat at the table, and came up from the side of the stage, and as she stepped forward so did the two guards next to her. The Masters looked up and stared at them in awe. They had never seen such impressive Dark seal gear in their life, and couldn't imagine just how much it would cost to own them.
"Many of you should know who I am but just in case, my name is Mazuki. I have a close relationship with the Academy and I visit every base each year. But I have to say out of all the Academy bases, this is my favourite one. I also seem to get the most and the best gifts delivered directly to my footstep here." Mazuki said with a smile.
Did you hear that? She said were the best Masters Academy out there," A Master whispered.
"Are you an idiot, she probably says that to all of the Masters Academy She goes to," Another student responded.
"True, but still if we could get into her Clan, we would be set for life. I hear she is the right handman of the unknown clan and they have a technique that can improve talent level easily. As long as you join their Clan of course," The female master replied.
Jack then spoke his final words.
"In a month's time, I will be coming to watch all of you at the inter-Academy event. Perform well and those that impress me will be given an extended invitation."
With that, the speech was over, and Mazuki walked off stage with her two guards behind her. Heading off to a location out of sight from all the masters.
As Mazuki left the stage Del returned, he had one last thing to say to everyone, "You heard the lady, work hard so you can achieve a great future for yourselves. I expect our Academy to come out on top at the inter-Academy event. Before I dismiss you all to enjoy the rest of your day off I would like these twelve masters to stay behind.
"Ecuador Mendengan, Judge Smith, Kyle Sentinel, Sarah Michelson, Steel walker, Amy Florida, Bradford Chuck, Norris Cole, Kravet Hungo, Seth Rogen, Bianca Rodriguez."
And finally Celine Azareth, these masters please stay behind, and come to the front of the stage. The rest of you may leave.

Jack stared at his Master's Academy digital watch, there was an encrypted message in the mail, he opened it and he heard a familiar voice in his mind_ Del's voice.
" The greatest gift is losing the one you love cause you can't do anything.... if only you had done as you were told."

The Masters were starting to leave the arena one by one except Jack, he kept standing in place even after everyone has left. Most of them were leaving with smiles on their faces, excited for the upcoming event.
With Mazuki mentioning and informing the Masters of her plans to be at the Inter Academy event. They were now eager to impress her while others wanted to impress one of the great clans. and wanted to start practising right away. If Mazuki was to offer them an invitation to join her Clan it would be a shortcut to grow their talent and maybe they could be allowed to use their techniques.
Usually, unless one was extremely talented they would have to build a reputation for themselves and work their way up. Nearly everyone, who wished to become a Adventurer had a goal of joining the great three or the unknown clan.
"Hey, would you move," A student said as she accidentally bumped into Jack on her way out.
What was wrong with that guy?" Another master said.
The students who had been called all had gone to the front of the stage but Jack was able to grab Celine and whisper into her ear and kissed her cheek which made her face heat up.
The selected masters were being led to a certain room, Del couldn't help but stare at Celine from time to time her smile was making his blood boil." Sooner or later you won't be able to smile." Del thought.
Mazuki had entered a restricted room, and the twelve masters were following her in, one by one they entered the room. One of her guards had also entered the room with them while the other stayed outside, standing guard at the door.
The Twelve masters were all lined up in one row in the restricted room. They stood straight, nervous all the while thinking just why they had been chosen to meet with Mazuki except Celine she looks rather calm_too calm.
Although none of them was planning to sit down, there was a chair behind each of the eleven masters, Celine was seated gracefully. Perhaps, they would be asked to sit the further they stayed inside the room.
It was a small Cortex room that was used for one-on-one integration. Currently, the masters were standing in the centre while Mazuki was standing just in front of the digital holographic chamber with a single chair. Lingering by her side was the small guard dressed in a green armour.
Mazuki stared at Celine. " How can she be so calm, looks like I got a rare gem. Mazuki thought.
"Now, you might be wondering why you have all been brought here, in front of me, today," Said Mazuki. "It seems like, either one way or another, you have been all suspected of working with the Cross breed terrorist group Hope.. Though I have no knowledge what you have plotted against the Academy. I'm simply here to issue your Purnishment but don't worry I'm willing to train the resilient ones that's if you prove you worth to me. Mazuki touched her neck like she was looking for something. " Well you Purnishment shall be reserved until we leave the Academy."
As soon as Mazuki said those words, a couple of students dropped to their knees, complaining, "But, I didn't do anything, I have no ties with Hope?"
Some of them cried while Celine remained calm still seating gracefully like some princess which was starting to irritate Mazuki, a master who was closest to the exit, made a dash for it. Before she had even taken a few steps, she felt a stinging pain on the back of her neck. She fell lifeless to the ground.
"Oh my gosh! Is she dead?!" A Master cried.
The others were unable to see it because of how fast everything had happened, but Celine had seen it all. The guard closed her eyes while her helmet glowed a soft blue and after that the Master collapsed.
"I hope nobody else tries that again," Mazuki said. "This process is meant to be quick and painless and I might even consider recruiting some of you. Mazuki said while sparing Celine a glance then shifting it back to a digital tablet that contains some written information and a portrait of Celine. "Now, please sit down on the seats behind you. I don't want there to be any more accidents."
Each of the students did as they were told. They carefully watched the guard lift the master who was passed-out with her left hand and onto one of the empty chairs.
The green armoured guard from earlier then started to walk over to the masters. Celine was second to last along the row while Ecuador was sitting at the very end. Celine stared at him before losing interest. " Unlike the rest of them his heart beat hasn't changed not even once. Celine thought.
The guard armor glowed a faint blue as she strode past the masters. Then after a few seconds, the student would fall asleep, due to the accordance in which they fell asleep it looks a lot like a Parade.
The guard had gone through the other students and it was finally Celine's turn. She smiled at the guard before unfolding her legs and closing her eyes. The guard felt a cold sweat run down her spine, she hesitated but she continued with the task.
Unlike the rest she was able to resist, and a few seconds later, she was doing what Jack told her to do_ nothing.
" Florence Put that lady in my ship, and treat the rest as usual. Mazuki said.
Florence made a short bow, Just as she turned to head over to Celine, Her instincts heightened.
