I really enjoy where the story is going so far. It has clearly established characters and is not a cliche cringy harem novel. I like how both Gwen and Pete have their own personalities and how the story stays true to the fact that Gwen is kind of a nerd making the relationship between Pete and Gwen quite interesting. If I do have one gripe is that I hoped for more of Gwen's POV to flesh out her character more.

I'm still scarred of the monologue. That I forgot I read until chapter 23 in my first attempt in reading a diamond. Author San you do you, but please 🥺 not that kind monologue. also if you wanna do lemons. Just do it moderation. We have enough of it. Thanks again for persuading me. Wish you all the luck. 💪💪

MC is incredibly awkward and has a tendency to behave like an idiot, despite his supposed intelligence. The weird maggot-glove is seriously edgy, cringe and overall a pointless addition to the story, that doesn't really add anything to the story. The MC also acts like a psycho sometimes. He just casually decides to buy pets and cut off their limbs, just to test the Lizard formula. He doesn't seem to hesitate about that decision either.
Story is decent. Mc powers suck. the humor is mediocre and can't cover up how many illogical events have already happened. I guess if a joke is added at the end its supposed to distract us from that. give it a read and judge for yourself.

can anyone tell me some novels similar to this one with the mc being Peter and the love interest is spider Gwen? also this is stupidly good novel
Man I love this novel.Everything is perfect from the characters to how they interact to the build up conversations,world background,how the plot changes and even the main character himself.He is not the useless theme mc which for some reason is favoured by authors.And Gwen Stacy.
The OC is boring and weird. The charcaters themselves are all awkward. The only time it’s not too awkward is when the OC and Gwen were flirting but before and after that the characters just seem bland. Also when the OC does show personality it’s incredibly childish and cringe. For the most part there is no spelling or grammar errors. The updating stability is top tier. However after that everything else kind of just falls flat. I dropped at chapter 21 but maybe I’ll come back when there’s more chapters and see if my mind will be changed.

Good story. caveat being it's ruined by a weird, arrogant mc who has too much handed to him on a platter. Creeping hunger for a goldfinger was insane much less how redundant it is immediately made. Author is clearly new to writing but capable of good plotlines and executing them. Struggles however with believable character settings, interactions and writing a likeable mc. I think I can look forward to reading your work in a couple years author.

Incredible! However, if your energy in your pseudo-mind is not conducive or, yeah, I like the word conducive to what I'm saying or what I'm feeling, then there's incompatibility. So how do you know that? How do you fix that? Well, first you have to understand. You have to look at yourself and say, what kind of energy or what kind of pseudo power do I have to set my atmosphere? Woooooah, That's good. What kind of pseudo-energy do I have that I can create?
As well written as this is done, it really isn't my cup of tea more than anything because of the Mc's personality, until now ch 4 or 5 where I leave him, he seems like an average jerk highly competent at everything with apparent problems empathizing . I can't criticize much since it's just the beginning of the novel but I don't think I'll continue reading because I don't like Mc
