Chapter 577: A Glimpse of a Bigger World

Dune Town was one of the only towns in the area—unsurprisingly so. The resources outside of the vast desert were nice, why would anyone build something here?

She was being sent off by her family, and they seemed genuinely reluctant to see her go. It was rare to see women so loved, so he couldn't help but watch until the woman entered her beast car, heading who-knew-where. 

Anyway, that episode was soon at the back of his head as he had to spend his salary of the previous month to get hired again in the Chancery.
