Chapter 94: Because you are her husband

The voice was of none other than the youngest prince of the royal family, Tang Wu Feng. Yu Chen turned around and saw him getting off the horse. A soldier had come to the front to take the horse away while Wu Feng walked up to Yu Chen, who greeted him.

"Follow me," Wu Feng said and walked past him.

"Your Highness, the Emperor has given strict orders. I will be punished if I let anyone outside the royal family enter the palace," the Chief Guard explained his plight.

Wu Feng halted in his steps. "I will tell His Majesty that I decided to let the only friend of the Crown Prince inside the palace," he said in his humble tone.

The Chief Guard couldn't say anything further and agreed to let Yu Chen inside. The large palace gates were opened and he followed Wu Feng inside.

"You Highness, thank you for letting me inside," Yu Chen humbly said.
