Chapter 30: The end
John ran up to her and ripped one of the thrusters off her back. She turned around and she looked a lot less crazy. John swung his sabre at her causing her to lose balance and fall.
Victor using his rifle fired it directly into the thruster's machinery causing it to blow up on her back. She looked up and all that rage and insanity was gone. She got back up on her feet and expected a fight John got ready to swing.
But Rebekka look normal, looked around and asked, "Next time you spill my drink. I'll kill you." She started to walk away towards Castor but she walked right past him as the Star Child Genes deactivated.
Castor fell backwards unconscious. John walked over to Castor as a medical team called by Victor arrived with a stretcher and picked him up.
And a couple of hours later, Castor walked out of the medical with a bandage on the left side of his face as John waited for him. "She's insane." Castor spoke slowly as he took a few steps, "Ain't that the truth."
John looked at Castor and thanked him, "Hopefully what she did doesn't affect your mission tomorrow John."
