Noa moved through the bustling streets of Neo Arcadia, his eyes darting from face to face as he scrutinized the documents of the citizens he encountered. Every interaction, every identification check, seemed to weigh heavily on his conscience.

The orders he received were clear—to identify any signs of rebellion and eliminate them swiftly and without mercy. But as he watched innocent civilians being forcefully removed from their homes and subjected to violence, a deep sense of shame and guilt gnawed at him.

As he approached a group of residents huddled fearfully in a narrow alleyway, their eyes filled with anxiety, Noa heard a commotion coming from a nearby building. He quickly signaled for backup and cautiously made his way toward the source of the disturbance.

Entering the entryway, Noa's gaze fell upon a figure slumped on the ground, surrounded by several armed guards. His voice dripped with anger and disgust as he demanded an explanation, "What is happening here?"
