Andras kept to the rear as they returned to the castle, mostly so that he could be away from his father's circle of light as much as he could manage. Thoughts occupied by the new information gotten.

"Did you encounter many Angels on your journey, Andras?" His father's voice seeped into his thoughts. They were in the cave now, heading towards Black Opal.

Andras' eyes narrowed at this question, getting defensive from guilt. "A few," He mumbled.

"Hopefully all killed I hope," Helion went right on, taking the news of an Angel being born to kill Andras to heart which was ridiculous for several reasons.

He thought fast, there were two Angels he didn't kill but his father wasn't going to know that, "If they sought me out," He vaguely answered.

The worried tone didn't leave his father's voice, "So there might be Angels that know about you?"
