“Isn’t that true?” I turned back and smiled. My heart could not take it. I stared into their eyes. I wished I could hear something from them that would soothe my heart. “Do you guys have anything you’d like to tell me? Something that you guys couldn’t tell me, or something that it wasn’t the time to tell me yet?”

“…”

“This is your last chance. If you still won’t tell me, there won’t be another chance to redeem yourselves.” My words were an absolute command. I felt that if I had not heard the truth yet, the last piece of my heart would be broken, and it would not be good if I had to suffer from the same things over and over.

I was betrayed and disappointed by the people who asked me to trust them.
