Chapter 3: I Am Alpha
James had heard of the tournament, he had actually studied this for years now because he thought he would never have the advantage of being a werewolf and so he studied how to defeat an opponent inorder for him to protect his birth right.
James and Eli were now inseparable, with Eli always by his side, she was his best friend and he was a changed person, confident, dominance, loving and short tempered if provoked.
Despite him the Alpha, the other pack members didn't really acknowledge nor accept him, the fact that every male in the pack was against James winning it, so they tried to make him quit but he was only more determined to be the greatest Alpha the world had ever known. It would be the 10th time that leadership was being changed in their Clan, James had been getting control of his transformation that he was now changing without the full moon which of course was kept secret to everyone apart from Eli who was the first to find out.
"Chief don't you think it's time we started the preparations but first he has to be brought to the business branches as the New CEO, please let them know that we'll be arriving at the restaurant first."
"Yes chief, I'll do so right away." with that the messenger left to tell them of the days program which of course had some bitter minds uneasy because things were moving too fast for their liking.
when they arrived at the restaurant just in the middle Town, at the entrance were two guards obviously werewolves, it was a five star restaurant which was making about $1B every month. James was in awe as he had never been here before so it was massive with a rune on top of the roof, it's name was the Magic forest Restaurant which was an unusual name for a restaurant but hey people weren't interested in the words but the services.
"Welcome to the Magic forest Restaurant, how may I help you?" James was brought back from his day dreaming about the place only to find a lady in her late 30's staring at him intently like she was sizing him up if he decided to do anything out of line.
"No uh I'm here with someone he's just taking care of something with the people who work here." James replied getting an annoyed look from the woman who wanted to say something but the Chief returned and made his way to the little area in the middle of the dance floor.
"Elizabeth step forward." Chief said and Eli obliged and went onto the empty area, suddenly her feminine charms filled the restaurant and every male in the restaurant as long as he was unmated stood up to check out this pure female on the floor. "wow chief, you brought a pure female here. and she hasn't mated yet, well this is finally the day I'm going to tame her cause I've been wanting her for some time." Trent, the restaurant manager said moving forward but not noticing the growling coming from the back.
Chief knew that Eli was to be mated to James but this was introducing the Alpha to the higher generals of his pack, so him and Eli came up with this plan. Trent made his way to the front then he was joined by Terrence, Howard, Stern and Shawn who were now growling at each other for the right to mate the strongest female in their Clan.
Before they even got near her, they were startled by the growling which was a warning to everyone in the restaurant. they turned to see where it was coming from only to find James with a death stare devoid of reasoning, they felt the weather change to freezing in the restaurant.
"What do we have here?, James warning us to back off. since when did this weakling awaken?" Shawn teased James and the restaurant broke into laughter and mockery, "he thinks this is where he used to play tag with his mommy and daddy. well guess what your parents aren't coming back so no one is going to save you from me."
James was completely out of it and he was starting to change bit by bit and if he changed completely everyone would die except for Eli, which Eli realized already and shouted for them to let him calm down. "Please stop saying anything to him, or you'll die. look Chief he's changing and if he changes completely no one will survive except me and you'll die too if you don't stop this." Eli pleaded with the four Generals.
Chief was not aware of his level of animosity, he thought it would only make him act but what he was seeing was completely out of his thinking capacity.
James's eyes turned blood red with a hint of fire and his teeth elongated, he fell to the floor and his bones started cracking, rearranging themselves. no sound came from him as he completely Changed to the Superior Lycan transformation, the first in 600 years. he was the biggest they had ever seen, fear ran down everyone in the restaurant.
Howard, Stern, Shawn, Terence and Trent were stunned and paralysed, rooted to the ground. they couldn't say a word as James started moving forward to them with an intent on killing everyone who dared challenged him for his mate but before he could reach them, Eli stood in front of him and hugged him tight which brought his mind back as he looked at her..."I am your ALPHA." he said which shocked everyone, how was he able to speak when fully transformed.
"Yes you are my Alpha, my mate, my best friend, you are my world and not a single wolf can ever change that." Eli said resting her head on his neck.
"Well how did he do that?" the lady that had been suspicious of him asked feeling goosebumps run through her.
"Well it's because he is the Alpha." The Chief said and looked back at the schocked five Knuckle heads then he turned to leave but a growl stopped and it was by his new Alpha.
"Never should risk everyone's like that, am I clear?" James asked in a Commanding way which demanded they all acknowledge him as the New Alpha.
"Yes Alpha." Chief said then walked out of the restaurant, meanwhile inside the restaurant was someone from the Samarian Clan who had the use of his mind when James had transformed that night, he was sure that if they decided to take him on then jokes on them because he would rip them from limb to limb....
