Apotheosis of War

Unwilling to compromise, Taowu stood up, charging Taotie like a crashing celestial body. The Heaven Swallowing Peril held her ground, welcoming Taowu's punch with an open palm, and sucking all the power within before sweeping at Taowu's ankle.

Taowu spun 360, rotating like a spinning top as Taotie compressed her energies into her right fist, smashing into Taowu's chest with another open palm strike.

Overpowered, the War-Mongering Peril flew back, hurtling like a meteor and crashing in the distance. 

Taotie didn't give chase. So Taowu came flying right back, desperately trying to put up a fight, and breakthrough Taotie's defenses. Her War Instincts went on maximum alert, rushing for plans and countermeasures. But aside from warning Taowu of the insurmountable power gap between Taotie and her, these War Instincts…had nothing to offer!
