"Oh my God!" Arabella's panicked cry filled the room, her heart pounding in her chest. "Why are you reacting like I am dying?" She asked, her eyes wide with fear and confusion. The thought of leaving her children behind was terrifying, and the newfound responsibility of being a mother had brought with it a profound fear of the unknown.

"Shut up!" Damien's response was swift and stern, laced with anger and concern. "You are not dying. I will not let you die." His voice softened slightly as he murmured the last part to himself, a hint of vulnerability creeping into his usually composed demeanor.

Attempting to collect herself, Arabella decided it was time to take charge of the situation. "Listen, whatever it is, I don't think it matters to you anyhow. So, I will be leaving now with my children and won't be disturbing you in the future, and I expect the same from you." Her words were firm, and she tried to get up, only to be stopped by Damien.
