After Maxi stayed near her every night, Suri almost never had nightmares again. In fact, she slowly forgot what she dreamed about.

Suri was also regaining her freedom bit by bit. Ronan and Arielle agreed to allow her to leave the palace occasionally and enjoy the beauty of summer in Northendell. However, Suri was only allowed to leave the palace when she was with Rowan, Eleazer, and several knights.

The first thing Suri did when she left the palace was buy various kinds of food. Even though she had eaten almost all of Northendell's street food, the snacks outside the palace still had a unique taste in her taste buds.
