Chapter 53: Chapter 53: Yukari meeting her Clan Members
After all the planning and mentally preparing themselves, Yukari and Tiamat were now ready for battle. Yukari approached Tiamat and embraced her tightly, whispering, "Stay safe, Tia. I love you." Tiamat reciprocated the embrace, feeling a surge of affection for Yukari. "I love you too," she replied softly, leaning in for a kiss.
Their lips met, and Yukari felt a rush of emotions as their love intertwined in the tender moment. They held each other with a sense of gratitude for their partnership and the strength they found in one another during battles.
As they parted, Yukari looked into Tiamat's eyes with a calm and confident expression, knowing that they had each other's backs no matter what awaited them in the upcoming battle. "Let's do this," she said, a smile gracing her lips as she opened a portal to the Soaring Heaven Sect.
In the main hall of the Soaring Heaven Sect, Ryushiki and Foshiki Otsutsuki stood alongside their vessel, Feng Chen. The atmosphere was tense as Ryushiki focused his gaze on his vessel. Feng Chen reported the woman's intrusion and the slaughter of his subordinates.
Ryushiki's eyes narrowed as he glared at his vessel. "How is it possible that a woman discovered your role as my vessel and managed to eliminate your subordinates?" His frustration manifested in a surge of chakra.
Feng Chen quickly denied any involvement, his voice filled with panic. "No, my lord! I kept everything hidden from her, but she seemed to know everything. She was incredibly powerful, and I couldn't even touch her." Ryushiki's expression darkened as he listened to the report, contemplating the situation.
Ryushiki had been preparing for years to harvest the chakra fruits, and the thought of someone disrupting his plans was infuriating. "We'll have to be more careful from now on," he said to Foshiki Otsustuki, who nodded in agreement. "Describe this woman to us," asked Ryushiki.
"She was very beautiful," Feng Chen said, recalling her distinct features. "Enough boy, I do not have time for your antic," Ryushiki snapped, cutting him off. Feng Chen composed himself and continued, "She had white eyes, pale skin, and horns on her head. She could also use portals to manipulate and shoot the elements."
Both Ryushiki and Foshiki were perplexed as to why a member of their clan would be present on this planet when they were sent here. "Are the higher-ups unhappy with me?" Ryushiki wondered aloud, feeling a sense of unease.
Suddenly, a portal materialized in the hall, and two women emerged from it. It was Yukari and Tiamat. Silence fell over the room as everyone's gaze locked onto each other. "My lord, she was the one who nearly killed me!" Feng Chen exclaimed, fear evident in his voice as he pointed at Yukari.
'Why is a member of our clan here? Wasn't I sent to this world to harvest the God Tree?' Ryushiki thought to himself, realizing that these unknown individuals possessed strength and status comparable to his own, if not greater.
Yukari had a mischievous glint in her eyes as she activated her Rinnesharingan and exerted pressure in the room. "Ah, Ryushiki, it seems that you are no longer in charge of this planet. I have been sent here by the elder to eliminate you," she declared with a sinister tone.
Enraged, Ryushiki shouted back, "What do you mean by 'dispose of me'? I have been waiting for this Chakra Fruit for 500 years!"
Ryshiki despised the elders, believing that they and their traditions were responsible for acquiring the majority of the chakra fruit. They were envious of Shibai Otsutsuki's ascension to Godhood.
Even the patriarch, the strongest among them, couldn't bear the fact that someone had surpassed him in strength. With a solemn tone, Ryshiki declared, "I am unconcerned about your orders. This is my chakra fruit."
Yukari suddenly unleashed a barrage of dead bone pulses towards him. Reacting swiftly, Ryshiki activated Sukunahikona, shrinking the projectiles and rendering them harmless.
"It seems you are opposing the clan, Ryshiki," Yukari said, a wicked smile forming on her face. In response, Ryshiki summoned Daikouten and launched black rods towards Yukari.
Undeterred, Yukari activated her Byakugan and swiftly rotated her Tenketsu points, channeling her chakra into a protective force. The invisible rotating force easily deflected Ryshiki's black rods as Yukari stood her ground. Her mastery over chakra allowed her to skillfully parry any attack thrown her way.
"The plan begins now, Tia," Yukari declared, her voice brimming with determination. Through a portal, she materialized in front of Ryshiki, her bones twisting and protruding from her body. The sight caught Ryshiki off guard, momentarily stunned by Yukari's sudden appearance and her bone-manipulating abilities.
A fierce hand-to-hand combat ensued as the two adversaries clashed with relentless force. The sound of cracking bones reverberated through the air as they vied for dominance in this intense battle.
Ryushiki launched another attack, but Yukari swiftly parried it with one of her protruding bones. With a graceful spin, she retaliated with a bone strike of her own, causing Ryushiki to stagger backward. Despite his surprise, Ryushiki quickly regained his composure and resumed his assault.
Yukari's lightning-fast reflexes allowed her to dodge Ryushiki's next move and deliver a swift kick to his abdomen. He grunted in pain, gasping for breath as he stumbled backward. However, Ryushiki refused to yield.
Determined to emerge victorious, he lunged at Yukari with unwavering resolve. Sensing his intentions, Yukari twisted her spine and launched her bones toward Ryushiki, aiming for his vulnerable points. The battle raged on, each combatant utilizing their unique skills in a relentless pursuit of victory.
Yet, to Yukari's surprise, her bone attack seemed to shrink upon impact, rendering it ineffective. Perplexed, she looked down at her arms, trying to comprehend this unexpected turn of events. Seizing the opportunity, Ryushiki pressed his advantage, summoning a sword and lunging at Yukari, forcing her to evade and dodge his onslaught.
Yukari's lips curled into an evil smile as she feigned surprise before, she immediately activated her Rinnegan. Pointing her arms toward Ryushiki, she uttered, "Almighty Push." Suddenly, an invisible force propelled Ryushiki toward the courtyard, causing him to stumble and fall to the ground in bewilderment. As he glanced up, his gaze met Yukari's approaching figure, her Rinnegan radiating with power.
The impact of Yukari's attack caused the nearby building's wall to crumble and collapse, enveloping the area in dust and debris. Standing triumphantly over Ryushiki, Yukari prepared to deliver the final blow.
"Fucking Rinnegan and Rinnesharingan," Ryushiki muttered, a hint of fear in his voice. He recognized the overwhelming superiority of Yukari's eyes, realizing that he would need to unleash his full power to stand a chance against this formidable opponent.
