The Servant of the People vs. The Monster from the Sea

A secret agent contacts the president of Ukraine, who is a descendant of an ancient order of warriors, and asks him to join forces with the FBI to stop a shape-shifting creature that is attacking the world. The president brings his sword that is said to be able to slay any beast and flies to Washington DC, where he meets with other experts and agents to devise a strategy. He hopes to defeat the monster before it reaches his homeland and destroys it.
