Chapter 260: I Want To See You

As the whole crew had planned, Helena and the boys were set to leave for the borders at sunset. Ivan and Samantha, including Alistair and Tobias had stepped forth to bid them farewell. Ivan had tried to talk them into leaving tomorrow, but from Helena's explanation, it was crucial they head back to the borders, as time could not be wasted, and they dare not underestimate the witches trying to trespass their way in.

As Ivan had a one-on-one conversation with Helena, Samantha's eyes moved to Maurice who was getting his new horse set for the journey to the borders. When she approached him, he stopped what he was doing to give his sister a brotherly hug, and they both knew they were going to miss one another dearly. After everything that has happened, and how they had found each other after being seperated for a long time, it was difficult to watch him leave her side again.
