Chapter 207: Visiting His Past

That morning, when Samantha stirred in her sleep, succumbing to the comfort of what felt like a plush mattress, her eyelids slowly opened, and her blurry gaze was fixed on Ivan who was sleeping soundly on the space beside her, his sharp features softened by sleep. When her visions cleared after several blinking, a lazy smile graced her lips upon seeing Ivan asleep, and this would be the first time she had woken up to find him still within his chamber.

With squinted eyes, her gaze drifted to the curtains to see the light of day peeking in, whilst her eyes snapped wide when nothing seemed right about the two of them sleeping on the same bed, and in that pondering moment, something in her head simultaneously clicked! Her body pushed themselves into a sitting position after notifying her mind that she had slept on Ivan's bed, and her cheeks bloomed red as she tried to recall what had happened last night.
