Chapter 86: Tales Of The Night

After being left alone to regain her composure, Samantha had come to the conclusion that her actions were nothing but illogical towards Lord Ivan. Knowing she wouldn't be able to move on without apologizing first for her irrational behavior, she had gotten up from where she sat to go look for him, but what she had seen instead left her appalled as the sight of those slave traders, who always tortured her with no pity, were now the ones crying for help as they seemed to have been engulfed in flames.

"AHHHHH!!!!!!! MAKE IT STOP!!!"

Their agonizing shrieks had her heart racing in horrification till they eventually stumbled back and fell off the cliff themselves. Only then did Samantha feel the biting chillness that lingered heavily in the air, and she had forgotten how to breathe - her mind was too frozen to function properly.
